I found the rooms comfortable, 90% of the help most helpful when bedridden, food well balanced and I could make special requests, the medication regimen kept the pain down and the therapists could have spent more time with me but I was on the right track. I was an independent 85 year old able to return to our home.

Some staff are very difficult to work with. They are more interested in being “right” than caring for the patient.

I'm a T-3 paraplegic, 61 year old man with a torn rotator cuff. This place was recommended while I await surgery. My first day was so horrifically bad there simply aren't words to describe the lack of care, the casual way my pain and discomfort was dissregarded. I was scheduled to be here for months, but I'm leavi g tomorrow. Three days here is more than I can bare. Please, take to heart my experience and don't put yourself or your lived ones anywhere near this misery pit. They are only in it for the money.

My mother is in her 90's with a number of debilitating physical issues. She has been very well cared for at Friendship Care Center. The staff turnover is higher than optimal, but that is common in the industry. The staff is always attentive and kind. Mom's room is reasonably spacious, bright, and pleasant. The only criticism is the food. It is not awful, but it tends to be bland and overcooked. The staff is always willing to return a dish and bring special requests, so it is not a big problem. I have rated the activities as average, but my Mom does not participate so I can't really say much.

Friendship Health Center was not very good. The room was very tiny and very hot. My husband did not gain any weight. He came home worse than when he went there.
