My dad was at Quail Creek Nursing and Rehab. I have nothing but praises to the staff as they were excellent. Dad was in a shared room, and it was small, but given my dad's condition, he was unaware, and he thought he was in his own bedroom at home. The food appeared to be quite nice. It was served regularly and on time. It also looked nourishing and attractively presented. Overall, my experience was very positive, and they were very attentive. They assigned one specific fellow to my dad's room, and it was excellent.

My brother is a patient here and they treat him great! Of course some of the nurses are better than others, some meals better than, etc... but all in all he gets the help he needs and they are very kind to him.

This facility is horrible!!!! Beware!!! My father was in the facility for only 5 days due to several complaints. He was put there for rehab and to help him gain weight. He is of sound mind and very involved his own healthcare. His was left in pain because they never filled his pain prescription. He was given Tylenol instead of his narcotic pain med. Within five hours he received all three doses of his anxiety medication which was prescribed to be give three times a day. My father was lucky he didn't suffer from respiratory failure from receiving this much anxiety medication in such a short time period. He wasn't given his tray at meal times and he wasn't given his dietary supplements as prescribed by his doctor. He was left to starve if he did not ask for his meal. He was placed in a room that was kept at 96 degrees even after his family and himself complained about the heat. Oklahoma law requires no nursing home rooms to be above 85 degrees at anytime. He was so dehydrated when we got him to the hospital that the ER doctor immediately started him on fluids. The staff was very unprofessional from the administrator all the way down to the CNAs. He asked to be shaved and the CNA refused to shave him. I could go on and on about the violations, neglect, and abuse my father experience in just five days. I have been in the Nursing Home business myself for over 20 years from a CNA to administration and I have never ran across such a terrible place. This facility has had numerous deficiencies and fines. They paid out a 1.2 million dollar lawsuit this year because of abuse and neglect. Do not allow the hospital social worker to convince you this facility has changed. In June of 2014 they received 16 deficiencies and in December of 2014 another two.

My mother is already at the Quail Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She's been there before, so she returned to this facility. They are extremely thorough and attentive. Their doctors are very willing to work with the patients and their family. It's a very pleasant environment. They work very hard in keeping it up. I don't have any complaints about the facility itself.

I did a clinical rotation at this Nursing home during my training as a CNA. I was not impressed by the CNA's that were suppose to be teaching me. They seemed generally uninterested in their jobs, and didn't answer my questions about life as a CNA. While they were in residents rooms they would swear and ignore the resident in order to talk about their personal lives with other residents. I didn't see any LPN or RNs on the floor. However, there were a few CNAs that I enjoyed working with, and they acted like they cared for their residents. This isn't a place that I would put my Grandmother, and my experience here made me not want to work in a nursing home
