Administrative staff have no clue what they are doing, And half the time are unavailable even during normal business hours. There is not nearly enough daily activities provided for the residents. Nursing staff offer excellent care considering the facility is usually understaffed and nursing department overworked. The Facility seemed top heavy to me. Housekeeping seemed to not have enough to do. Meals provided were well rounded. If this facilities owners would acknowledge that the administrative department is lacking in all areas this facility would be a great option for anyone deciding where to place a family member
