The team at ManorCare Barberton works so very hard throughout the entire process. My Grandmother was there for several years until her peaceful passing. The staff always treated her like gold. The rooms seem to be very fitting for the population. My grandma really enjoyed bingo, the coffee and talk they would have each morning, and most importantly, I think she enjoyed the sense of family and community that seems to be fostered there.

My brother was there for a short time. I know my brother was very nervous going into the facility. I feel the staff members frond down on my brother because of his weight. I left a message to speak to a social worker or case worker. I wanted to get some answers & help for my brother. They never called me back. Instead They went to My brother & told him they could not help because he had only a few days there. How do you think that will affect a person. I’m very disappointed!! Thank you!

They are always short of aids nurses my mom stays in pee pants for hours never have enough helpers gets worse when they are on lockdown

I want to let people know that the entire staff from the Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists to the nurses and aides have gone Above and Beyond in helping my mother Evelyn. This goes well beyond just being nice to us, they are very courteous and keep us informed. Even the housekeeping staff go out of their way to assist us. To everyone at ManorCare Barberton I just want to tell you "Thank you very much!" - Roger

Manor Care is a convenient place, and my sister likes it there. The surroundings are very nice. The rooms are beds with bathrooms and a place to put their clothes. All the staff I’ve dealt with have been nice, I have no problems with anybody. My sister complains about the food, but she’s not a very good eater. The place seems to be clean.

The staff is very friendly and you can tell they care, the interior of the building is very clean, and the residents are very happy.
