"My grnadmother has been staying at Wishing Well Assisted Living for five years now, and I can honestly say that our entire family has been delighted by the care she recieves. She has always been witty and clever, but my grandmother's physical health has significantly decreased and made it impossible to care for herself. As such, she has taken great offense to anyone who treats her like a child, and has always demanded respect and dignity. Those are things that the staff of Wishing Well have always delivered. They talk to her like a dear friend, always calling her by her first name and telling jokes with her or listening to her play the piano in the common room. Once, during a Thanksgiving dinner at the home, two of the nurses actually pulled up a seat right beside her and chatted up with her just like they were family. They have never let us down, and we know she'll enjoy the rest of her stay there. "

"My dad moved into Stonerise Morgantown. It is extremely clean, welcoming, bright, and cheery. While at my home, my dad was limited to the bed and wore a lift chair. At Stonerise, he goes out into a central area with other people in palliative care. He sits in a wheelchair and eats his meals with other people. He has socialization. The staff that I've seen and observed were very attentive and kind. They allow visiting of your family members at any hour of the day or night. The rooms are nice. They have a physical therapy area, game room, and dining room."

"I was on an in-patient program for a month and I did not get enough treatment. The therapist took care of two or three patients at a time. The out-patient program was better than the in-patient. I hoped to get well sooner. "

"We were impressed with Madison upon walking through the door. The cleanliness stood out. There was no odor whatsoever. Everyone we encountered went over and above with our Dad. He is 98 and he left there walking and strong enough to help us with his daily routine in the comfort of his own home, which was our goal. We noticed immediately every employee seemed very happy and cheerful and the residents seemed happy and were clean and dressed. We never witnessed a staff member being anything but caring, never a harsh voice to any resident. The food was mostly home cooked with a wide variety . If Dad couldn’t eat something they had it was no problem. Many times they made him something else due to his swallowing issues. Thank You to every employee at Madison and keep up the excellent care"

"My mom is in a nursing facility at Cortland Acres. The people that work there are super, super nice. They help out. The place is very clean. I think she is being well taken care of and being well entertained. They do everything. It is perfect. It's a beautiful brick building. It's nice and clean. It's up on a mountain, and the surroundings are just beautiful. It is a beautiful building. They don't have just a nursing facility; there's an assisted living besides it too. These people are all nice. They never ever turned their back on them or walked away. They're really nice people. Considering she has gained almost 10 pounds, the food is very, very good. Value for money is fantastic."

"My family has been a long term resident at ONRC. The staff continue to take great care of her and I am very pleased with the constant contact they have with me. The nurses and gna's are skilled and I feel confident with their ability to care for my family. During COVID, the center has continued to test negative which is extremely impressive and proves that the staff are taking every necessary precaution to keep my family and other residents safe. "

"Dennett Road Manor was more of a nursing home instead of assisted living, so the quality of life wasn't as good. It was clean and people were attentive, but it's hard when you see a lot of elderly people that have to be fed and can't take care of themselves. It was just really heart-wrenching and sad. "

"I was very impressed with the equipment the facility had at their disposal and the level of care they could provide with said equipment. The patients there seemed to be overall content of course with a few being disgruntled. I spoke to some of the staffing to see what kind of care they were expected to provide. The level of care was notably good, however, the number of staffing on nightshift and the total number of staffing was considerably low. There is too little staffing on night shift to provide the same level of care given during the day. I came to the decision to keep my current job for other reasons not having to do with that facility. I question myself about that, however, my situation demands I stay where I am. "
