My family has been a long term resident at ONRC. The staff continue to take great care of her and I am very pleased with the constant contact they have with me. The nurses and gna's are skilled and I feel confident with their ability to care for my family. During COVID, the center has continued to test negative which is extremely impressive and proves that the staff are taking every necessary precaution to keep my family and other residents safe.

I just went there to visit a family friend and the whole hallway was smelling like urine! The housekeeping manager was yelling at her staff. I don’t know why they allow that to happen right up next to the rooms. It was unprofessional! I only come up a few times in the year since I don’t live locally but seems they need some major updating and better housekeeping, management staff. Lack of staff. Although, the Activities assistant Tony (I think) was super pleasant!

The first time my grandmother stayed there it seemed like a wonderful place. The staff was very nice. It seemed clean and did not smell like some of the other nursing homes. She had a working air conditioner and her own closet. She also had a dresser she could use. They also let her bring in her recliner from home since she can't sleep in a bed. She also had a television. They had one bathroom that they had to share among 4 people. My grandmother didn't like that. It was too hard to get a turn in the bathroom. The second time she was in there she had all the same amenities and the staff was still nice. She was concerned that they were not cleaning enough. The floors in this other section seemed dirty. Other than that she seemed to do well there. They also had games and things for the patients to do in the lunch room to get them out of their rooms. It seems like an okay place to stay for a while.
