I was very impressed with the equipment the facility had at their disposal and the level of care they could provide with said equipment. The patients there seemed to be overall content of course with a few being disgruntled. I spoke to some of the staffing to see what kind of care they were expected to provide. The level of care was notably good, however, the number of staffing on nightshift and the total number of staffing was considerably low. There is too little staffing on night shift to provide the same level of care given during the day. I came to the decision to keep my current job for other reasons not having to do with that facility. I question myself about that, however, my situation demands I stay where I am.
