"My aunt is currently at Abercorn Rehab. I visit her probably a few times a week. Each time i go there she is happy and loves to be a part of the activities there. She is a former school teacher and loves to talk to everyone. The staff are cool, she loves her roommate, and the food. Every time I go the place is clean unlike other places I visited in the past."

"PruittHealth-Savannah was very nice and very clean. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We made appointments if we wanted to talk with the social worker or any of our employees there, and they were always available. The room my brother-in-law got was great. It was a suite. There was a sitting area with the top of the line room, and that's all they had available at the time. They also had plenty of common areas for the residents to go out."

"Life at the Marshes of Skidaway Island is comforting. The activities available to the residents are numerous and cover a wide range of venues. The two restaurants provide a variety of food to satisfy all tastes. The facility itself is top-of-the-line and is well maintained. Twenty four hour healthcare is available and wellness activities are emphasized."

"The people seem nice and very attentive at Westview. They provide a smoke break a couple of times a day. The facility isn't very new or very fancy but it appears to be clean. "

"Oceanside Health & Rehab had there annual THANKSGIVING DINNER for the residents and the residents family's on 11/21/2017. IT WAS AWESOME!!! The facility was decorated and the staff served the residents and families. Beverley -the facility's Administrator was also serving. The staff provides great care to my mother. The place is always clean and smells good! "

"My mom is in a nursing home on Medicaid. She is in a good nursing home. It’s called NHC in Bluffton. I like everything about them except that it is not in Georgia. My mom is in a private room. It is good size and it is nice. We are having to supplement it about $400 a month. My mom said the food is good. "

"The building may be old but its well maintained. The staff is friendly and caring. didn't eat there, wished I had the food looked and smelled good. Compared to other nursing homes, Woodlands is as good or better than most. "

"Sprenger Health Care Bluffton is very clean, bright, and welcoming. The facility has a lot of amenities. They have a very nice therapy room as well as a little bar and eating area. They have cocktails at three. My brother-in-law says the food is very good so he seems to be very happy there and all of the staff is very accommodating. Everyone has a single room. They don't have to share with anyone. There's a refrigerator, a television, a lot of storage for his clothing, and a bathroom and showers that are wheelchair-accessible. Everything is clean. They even washed his clothes. They have wide halls enough for people to walk as well as those with wheelchairs. They have several sitting areas where families can gather. They give a weekly sheet of activities. The girl that we worked with, the director of admissions, worked hard to help us get all the necessary paperwork done to her so that he could be accepted."

"Seabrook of Hilton Head was nice, but it was a little old. We met a couple of nice people who were very happy there. We had lunch there, and the food was delicious. We saw the menu for the evening which was very enticing. There were tablecloths on the table. Most of the apartments were smaller than what we wanted, but there was one that was large enough for us. It’s really close to where we live, and the staff was very nice. "

"My friend was a patient for several weeks. The rating is based on what we experienced while there. The staff was professional, friendly, kind and compassionate. The DON was very helpful and consistently checked in on us. The facility is very clean; every day the housekeeping staff was cleaning/waxing floors and available 7 days a week! We didn't experience much food due to illness but the staff always offered her several choices as far as drinks, foods she could eat, etc. There were activities going on, chapel, movies, a coffee cart going to each room. Pleased with the services and care given."

"Preston Health Center is our number one pick right now. We have done some research and we've heard that Preston Health Center does its best in terms of ensuring that its staff spends a certain number of hours with patients every day -- those numbers are higher than those of other places. They were very helpful and the facility looked fine. The problem is that they don't have a lot of beds. We looked at the rooms and the common areas and everything looked nice, well-maintained, and clean. We didn't see anything wrong with it. We only met the person in charge of admissions and we were satisfied with her. "

"I loved Life Care Center of Hilton Head. It was clean, rooms were big, nobody seemed like they were neglected, and it seemed really nice. They have a beautician and group activities. They have games, people that come in that sing and do Bible studies, and trips to the stores. The people talk to you and don't ignore you, and the staff turnover is very low. "
