Select Care Hospital 4th Floor of Candler 95% of the nursing staff is rude and seem VERY uncaring, there is a nurse by the name of Valerie who was spectacular though. One nurse named Mea(?) or something close to that was especially rude, contradicting and spoke down to my mother and me when asking about her medication (it was given hours after it was due and was a time-sensitive medication). My mother was made to wait for help to go to the bathroom multiple (no less than 10 time) over 30-45 minutes after calling for help. She was also left on a bedpan and potty seat for 30-45 a couple of times. I spent almost 90 days there with my very ill mother. I complained multiple times to the manager (Cynthia) very nice but does not know how to get results obviously, I would suggest another place in Savannah for better care. Doctors were wonderful though. Food terrible, but that was the least of the issues I had with the place. They also had VERY out of date and uncomfortable chairs for family and friends to use while visiting.
