This place seems to be understaffed on weekends, residents have to wait to be cleaned and changed for hrs. They need staff. The staff they do have seem to be very nice just overworked

My mom has moved into Oceanside Nursing & Rehab Center. It's good, and the nurses are good with her. The place is clean, I can't complain. It's an older building, but they keep it up and if they need repairs, they have it done. It's safe for my mother, being the way she is, so it's all good. I haven't heard any complaints about the food. I have seen a few plates, and it looks like it's well prepared. The staff is good. I do a follow-up a few times a week, and I pop in here and there. They seem to know how to take care of her.

If you love you relative do not take them here. Rooms not clean with urine soaked bedding left for hours. Residence wandering halls looking for help while staff sit around playing on cell phones not paying attention. Food is worse than anything I have ever seen. Theft, everything that was taken to the faculty for my relative was gone. I inquired for several days about the clothing and other items and was given blank stares. No help to be had here. Its obvious none if the people that work care a out doing their jobs at all. Just collecting a pay check while your loved one suffers in an old, dirty unkempt environment. And good luck trying to get answers or coordinate anything with them. You will be told to come back, call back or ask somebody else (that is not there). They need to be shut down immediately!

This facility is horrible.The management says one thing and once the client is there it is total different. The clients stay in dirty pullups for a long period of time. The staff that attends the clients are horrible also..l beg you PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!! A

BEWARE: Filthy facility. Resident in diapers will stay in dirty diapers an 4+ hours without attention. Upper management is not at all helpful, nurses are nice to family and horrible to patient after family leaves. His insurance was constantly billed for therapy he never received. My brother is deceased 1 year (horrible death) Not only do I grieve but I am reminded each month as I am still receiving his final invoice (not my responsibility) after contacting them 12 times (once a month) to please handle. Something very unethical at this place is going on!! Needs serious investigation into their books and care!!!!

Oceanside Health & Rehab had there annual THANKSGIVING DINNER for the residents and the residents family's on 11/21/2017. IT WAS AWESOME!!! The facility was decorated and the staff served the residents and families. Beverley -the facility's Administrator was also serving. The staff provides great care to my mother. The place is always clean and smells good!
