"New Hope Post Acute Care was nice. The greeter who does the applications was very nice. The rooms were nice. I liked the nice and open lobby. The people behind the desk were great. Their physical therapy room and game room were a 5, plus they take some Medicare, which was what I was looking for. The meals were prepared. They had a physical therapist there and visiting doctors and trained nurses. They had a large activity room with tables and chairs and had exercises for the people, plus those in wheelchairs were doing little exercises like isometrics."

"I feel that Manteca Care and Rehabilitation Center is a great place because the staff tries their best to provide the best care possible. My friend stays there and she loves the activities that the center provides. She enjoys sitting with her friends at bingo each week because she wins nice prizes. The food looks very yummy in comparison to other centers that I have visited. The place looks very clean. The nurses and CNAs work hard to provide the best possible care. The rehabilitation department provides daily rehabilitation services to the residents. After visiting other long term care centers, I have come to the conclusion that this center is one of the best in cleanliness, professionalism, and great care. I believe that the care of our loved ones should be a team oriented experience, and that the team members are inclusive of all of the staff and the residents' family members working together towards the ultimate goal of providing the maximum quality of care for the resident."

"My husband has been at St Jude Care Center. It was not a good place. The quality of care and the response time weren’t good. They always seemed to be short handed and the turnover of the staff seemed to be ongoing. They need to be full staffed. These people need constant care, and I don’t think you should cheat people out of what they deserve or what usually Medicare is paying for. The cleanliness wasn’t there, and it just didn’t feel right. I wouldn’t recommend it at all unless you went to it because it was in town. One thing they did have good there was the rehab department. The therapists there were very good; that part, we had no problem with. It might be OK for short term but not for very long term. "

"I'm sorry it has taken me so long to write this review. It has been a year since my Mother passed to her Heavenly home, but I want to write this regardless to maybe encourage others that need these services to consider Bethany in Ripon. My experience working with them started on the basis of home health services. My mother needed assistance with basic living needs, even though she was very reluctant to admit it. I reached out to Bethany and both Bonnie and Pam were very professional and understanding as to the situation. I am an only child and live several hundred miles from Ripon, and as time went on, I was unable to provide the level of care she needed. They came to her home and counseled her as to the services they could provide. When I was not able to be be there in person, they allowed me to participate by phone. We worked through a customized plan to meet her needs, allowing us to make changes as we went along. The level of care they provided was stellar! The people actually providing the services were excellent. Bethany employs a very positive, but strict code of conduct. When it came time to utilize skilled nursing, Bethany was very helpful in working through that transition. It was particularly challenging as this was during the prime of the covid 19 crisis. If you think that is an easy process, especially dealing with medicare and insurance companies, you are very mistaken. Cindy oversees the entire organization, and I had many conversations with her and her team of absolute professionals. They are caring, and willing to work with reasonable specific needs. They are just really good people caring for your loved ones as a ministry of service. I can't thank them enough for the care and help they gave my mother and our family all the way up to her passing. If you have a loved one that is needing assisted health services, all the way from basic home health assistance to skilled nursing services, I can attest they are the best I've seen or heard of, based on other reviews of other facilities. As I said above, they treat this a a ministry of service, rather than just a job. My family was very blessed to have them assist us during the last few months of my mother's life on earth."

"My husband is in a rehab facility right now. He is in Lincoln Square Post-Acute. Out of all the facilities that I have looked at, they are very good here at Lincoln Square. Very, very good! They appear to have enough staff to take care of the patients. The food is very good. They have a chef that goes around and talks to the patients and their families. Regarding cleanliness, they're always doing the floors, all day long and all evening long. My husband doesn't participate in activities, but I know they have bingo and music. They have a bigger TV room and a little small library for people that like to read. "

She offered no assistance in helping my father find a secondary place. My father didn't like the food. The activities included playing, listening to music, and church services."

"The people at Noble Care Center are very nice. They always ask, "Can I help you?" People come and go, but my sister seems to be happy there. She likes the meals better than the other places. I think they treat her nice. They get her to her appointments. She's got a lot of appointments and she has to go for dialysis. They take her, they bring her back, and they make sure she eats something. They really take care of her. I really appreciate that. The staff is great. The upkeep is very good. It's an old building, but they try to keep it as clean as possible. Every time I go over there, they're doing something. They play bingo all the time. They watch a movie or they're sitting outside and chatting with each other. It's pretty active. They have chocolate in the afternoon if they are allowed to, or a snack or something. They really went out of their way to give her whatever they could do for her life. She needed her Medicare and Medi-Cal and she didn't have her Medi-Cal. The person there went and said, "Just give me the papers and I will take care of it." Now everything has worked out. My sister's fine now. She's got what she needs. They did a really good job on that."

"My husband is staying at Avondale Villa Post-Acute. It is an older building, but it's nice and clean. The staff is very good and very attentive. His room, he is sharing it with another gentleman, and it's very nice. He can even have pictures on the walll, which can be a little bit more personalized for him. I believe it's a good facility. The staff knows the patients. They know what their needs are. When you call for help, they come. The staff is just unbelievable. They are always accommodating. If I ask them anything, I always get the answers. I keep checking to see how his physical therapy is going, and I'm always told what progress he made. So, I have no complaints at all. They have activities every day. They vary from all kinds of different things, to playing bingo and painting, whatever the people can do on their own. For the value, it is something that I can afford."

"I have a lot of family members that are in nursing homes, whether they are old and helpless, or young and the same. My cousin Sarah is an elderly woman, and can no longer take care for herself, neither can her family. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease about a year ago, and has been going downhill ever since her diagnosis. Since I am younger and in shape, I have tried to lend out a helping hand to my sweet cousin. Since I don't live anywhere near her, it is quite impossible with my work schedule. I have tried to put as much as I can into seeing that she receives good care, but have found out that genuine care is hard to come by. Silver Oak Manor, is one of the few exceptions I have come across. All of the staff treat my Cousin with the utmost care, and make her feel like they really want her there. They don't make her feel like a nuisance, or get frustrated with her demands. They see that she is properly nourished, and make sure that she has enjoyable amenities. The interior is very clean, and you can tell that it is well up-kept. "

"The facility was really clean, and they seemed to have gtood activities. My big issue was some of the staff was really mean. One of the nighttime CNAs was cruel to my aunt, a resident at this facility. The CNA called her a nasty lesbian, and would yell at her and berate her on a nightly basis. Other than that CNA, who has since been terminated, the facility is nice. The staff is for the most part kind, especially the daytime staff, who I have had the most contact with. "
