My sister is at Creekside Care Center. It's a locked facility. They have to see you, and they have to open the door for you. When you get in there, the person sitting at the front is always very nice. My sister doesn't want to be there, but they do take care of her quite well. The facility is very clean. The staff is great. When you need something, they're there. They keep checking on my sister. I've walked by where they have their community room, and I see them play bingo and do all kinds of things, like art.

My Aunt is a resident at Creekside Center. They give the best care I have ever seen. The nursing staff are very compensate and make sure her needs are always taking care of. All the administrative staff treat her like there own family member. I would truly recommend this facility to place your loved one.

CREAKSIDE IS A BEAUTIFUL FACILITY ON THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE BUT DO NOT LET LOOKS DESEAVE YOU MY GRANDMOTHER WAS IN THE FACILITY FOR 1 DAY AND FELL OUT OF BED AND BROKE HER SHOULDER WE HAD TO WAIT A WEEK FOR EX RAYS TO BE TOLD HER SHOULDER WAS BROKEN. MY GRANDMOTHER HAD MOVED INTO THIS FACILTY ON APRIL 2016 I PICKED THIS FACILITY BECAUSE IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS THE BEST ONE. I THOUGHT! THEY PROMISED TO TAKE CARE OF HER AND WOULD TELL ME AND MY FAMILY THAT DO NOT WORRY SHES IN THE BEST HANDS. MY GRANDMA MOVED IN NOT ABLE TO WALK OR SPEAK THAT CLEAR BECAUSE SHE HAD THREE BRAIN STEM STROKES. BUT SHE TRIED HER HARDEST TO GET BACK TO BEING THAT GRANDMA THAT COOKED, HAD HER OWN HOUSE LOVED HER GRANDBABYS BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO BECAUSE OF HER STROKES SO SHE HAD TO LIVE IN CREAKSIDE. MY FAMILY AND ME WOULD ALWAYS VISIT HER AND BRING HER FOOD BECAUSE THE FOOD THEY FEED YOU THERE IS HORRIBLE AND SHE WOULD NOT EAT IT. IT LOOK LIKE DOG FOOD, I LOOK AT SOME OF THESE REVIEWS AND DONT UNDERSTAND WHY ITS SUCH GREAT REVIEWS THE NURSES / CNAS DONT DO THERE JOB LET ALONE CARE IT SAD BECAUSE I WAS THERE I SEEN WAT REALLY HAPPENS IN THIS FACILITY. ON OCTOBER 15,2016 WE WENT IN THAT MORNING AND SHE WAS SO SICK SHE HAD CHEMICAL PNEUMONIA SHE PASSED THAT DAY MY HEART BROKE TO HAVE TO WATCH MY GRANDMA IN BED FIGHTING TO BREATHE. AND NOT ONE NURSE CALLED ON FRIDAY TO TELL ME SHE WAS SICK AND I HAD JUST BEEN IN THERE ON WEDNESDAY. THIS IS WHY THIS PLACE DOSENT EVEN DESERVE A ONE RATING. I LOVE YOU GRANDMA AND I WILL BE YOUR VOICE. I WAS ONCE YOUR LITTLE ANGEL AND NOW YOUR MY ANGEL .

Creekside is very beautiful with a very home-like setting. They have good food and compassionate care. My aunt had been there before, and I was impressed with them, so we used them for the last time my father needed that kind of care.

I see Creekside as a very organized facility. The staff is very helpful, and they do have activities for their residents. The rooms are very nice and cozy.

Creekside care facility is clean and well maintained. The staff has been courteous and accomodating for the most part. We have encountered a few staff members that are less than gentle but they are the exception not the rule. When we did encounter a staff member that my mother felt was rough with her, I was able to request a change without any problems.The food is nutritionally well balanced and the menu is creative in the sense of variety but the food is bland and not very tasty. The food remains my mother's main criticism of the facility. Residents are able to request a sandwich as an alternative if they do not like what is on the menu. The facility also provides snacks throughout the day and into the evening. The snacks range from fresh fuit to sadwiches and ice cream.My mother enjoys the daily activities which range from sing alongs to ice cream socials. She also enjoys the bi-weekly manicures and weekly visit from the hair stylist.
