My husband is at Lincoln Square Post-Acute Care right now for physical therapy. I have a positive overall impression about them. I think there is a good morale, and their patients are kept fairly busy. When something happens, they’re on it right away. There aren’t any bad smells around, and it’s clean. Overall, it’s been a good place.

f I could give these people a negative rating I would. Their administrator threatened to not allow any visits to my dying husband who should qualify for "compassionate care" considerations. I did my research from the CDC and the California department of Public Health as well as the CMS that cited he should be allowed the "compassionate care" visiting rules and after I read what I found verbatim from the websites I was told that they would not even consider my request even though the state of California said it should be determined on a case by case basis, I was then threatened to lose all visitation at all and when I asked if I was being threatened, the administrator proudly proclaimed "Yes". I do have to say that the nurses on the floor that I have dealt with were very kind and considerate but the "rule makers" in this place are heartless.

My husband is in a rehab facility right now. He is in Lincoln Square Post-Acute. Out of all the facilities that I have looked at, they are very good here at Lincoln Square. Very, very good! They appear to have enough staff to take care of the patients. The food is very good. They have a chef that goes around and talks to the patients and their families. Regarding cleanliness, they're always doing the floors, all day long and all evening long. My husband doesn't participate in activities, but I know they have bingo and music. They have a bigger TV room and a little small library for people that like to read.
