"My mom has been in three other rehab / skilled nursing places over the past 5 years and this one blows them all away in every category imaginable. Not too long ago, my 95 year old mom transitioned from a 3 week hospital stay to a new assisted living apartment (where she had been living independently for 15 years already). She stayed at Creekview for 8 days while here new apartment was being renovated. The room at Creekview as spacious and even though it was a double, the large partition in the center really added a sense of privacy. The food was really good – and it looked appetizing as well. The staff was very attentive, responding promptly to the call button, and generally checking in on her every 30 minutes or so. I feel that the care in that area – skilled nursing – was top notch and well above the norm. Highly recommended !"

"Skyline is a great place for your loved one to be looked after. Leni, Fe, the nursing staff and Dr Frederick are kind, competent and truly care for their patients. My father could be very difficult at times due to his dementia progressing, but the staff treated him with compassion and understanding. He had a hip replacement and they were quick to spot if something was wrong and get him checked out. I highly recommend Skyline."

"White Blossom Care Center is OK. They know how to do their jobs, and the quality of the work is performed as expected. The people are very nice. They have physical therapy as well as a medical team. The staff is very good. The food is OK but nothing fancy. There are activities available for people who want to participate in them. "

"My dad was at Mission Skilled Nursing Home. Everyone that worked there was just very kind and very attentive to him. He felt really like he was cared for by the staff. With cleanliness, it was decent. With COVID going on, they made the best out of the situation. It could have done better, but I think it was OK. With regards to care, he was cared for really well. Everybody worked really hard. They really were attentive. He was able to get what he needed. With regards to meals, it sounds like my dad was getting what he needed. It was covered by his Medicare. They need to improve on better communication and maybe a little bit more staffing, but that has to do with COVID."

"What I really like about the building is it is super clean, no smell of a nursing home. The staff seem to have worked there for a very long time and the charge nurses always seem nice and friendly. "

"We were referred to Willow Glen by the hospital and we chose it because it was by our house. The staff was excellent. They were very good. My father was in a shared room. It was very clean and large. My father really liked the food there because they would give him the menu and if he didn't want something, he would just cross it off and they would give him other options, i.e., cheeseburger or sandwich, so he would just write in what he wanted. The food was very good. He really liked the food. He could eat in his room or in the dining area. The dining room was big and nice. They did have activities, i.e. church services on Sunday, but my father didn't really like to go to activities. What I like best about this facility was that it was very clean and friendly. I would recommend this facility to others. "

"This facility is truly serving the residents with the best care, personal dignity and protection of resident rights through outstanding medical care and understanding of the person as a “whole person” in need of advocacy when suffering through declining health issues. I feel my loved one is really being treated as a person and not just another patient coming from a hospital. Thank you to your wonderful Doctor and team of caregivers. My loved one is now thriving, smiling and able to love and be loved by her family again. Bless you all! You understand! "

"The rooms, the apartments, and the food are mediocre at Greenhills Manor. There isn't much of a dining room; there's just an area where my mother and the patients eat, and they do have TVs there where they watch movies. They bring them down about an hour before lunchtime, and then they feed them lunch. The staff are very helpful, but I don't really know of any other activities that they have. "

"My mother has been in Lincoln Glen Manor. She likes it. I think all these places are way too expensive, but it's a nice building and the people are very nice. They have all their meals provided. They have different workout routines and games. There are different groups of seniors that play different games and gather together. The people seem very happy there. There haven't been any complaints that I know of. For an older building, it's very nice. They've re-landscaped it recently. They keep it well maintained. The food I had was good. If you walk by the place, you wouldn't know that it was a senior community."

"My mother is in the Camden PostAcute Care in Campbell. My first impression is that it is a converted motel because it looks like an old motel. Other than that, it looks like it's well-kept, clean, and tidy inside. I think the staff is doing an okay job from what they tell me, although my mom claims that she's not getting showered enough there. They give my mom therapy two or three times a week. The dining area and the food look really good. My mom gets served hot food and coffee there, and it looks very good."

"My wife moved to Westwood Post-Acute. The care is excellent 24 hours a day. They're attending to her and taking care of her needs. It is quite large. The rooms are clean. The layout is very easy to get around. They have a large patio area that is very nice for my wife to sit in her wheelchair. They have all kinds of activities. My wife is not happy at all with the food."

"I had been to Plum Tree Care Center twice, and I asked to go back for the second time because I liked it so much. It's a wonderful experience. The help there is wonderful. The nurses, the nurse's aides, and the management people are very caring and timely. The food is great there, and they have a great alternate menu, too. It's all sorts of stuff. If you don't want what they're having, you let them know, no worries. You can also have your visitors come and they charge you $7, but frankly, they never charge me. They said it was okay. Their adult activities I think are great. My second time there was wonderful. We had this entertainer come out and everybody was singing and dancing. If you were in a wheelchair, you did whatever in your chair, whether you were spinning around or clapping on your hands. The other thing they had that's really good, Monday through Friday, starting at 9 a.m., they had coffee and refreshments in the dayroom. And then around 3:30, they would start with these adult exercises and they're all for people that were seated. They put on whatever kind of music we want on the big screen TV. And then after about 45 minutes or an hour, we switched over to doing leg races, marching in place, and arm circles that most people, even though they're in a rehab facility, could probably do and that's wonderful. A couple of afternoons a week they would have bingo with prices. They would play blackjack, and because some people are visually impaired, the cards are about the size of a sheet of computer paper. Most of the rooms have two people. They have two courtyards, too. Some of the rooms have a very nice view because you're looking out into the courtyard. People go out to the courtyard all the time except when I was there the second time, we had all those days of terrible rain every single day, so we didn't get out there very much. Any day the sun was shining, they would offer to take us out there. They had a woman that came in there once a week to do hair. They also would do your laundry. "

"My mother is in Vista Manor. She's been there for almost a month now, and this is her second visit. I love that facility. If you're looking for a rehab center, or just checking out the hospital and recuperating, that is the center I would definitely recommend. It's very close to the regional hospital down there, and the staff, the energy, and the vibe is totally different. Everybody is so cheerful and they work as a team. The staff is warm, well organized, friendly, and very professional. They have a whole team of therapists, nurses, doctors, chefs, activity coordinators, and everything that they could think of to help the patient recuperate. They have a variety of food and they will cater to what you like. When you tell them, "My mom likes Asian food," they will try their best to accomodate. Their therapists are great and very encouraging."

"My father was in Stonebrook Health and Rehabilitation. It's an amazing facility. They were good in all aspects. What we loved is we had two doctors; we had a doctor from Good Samaritan Hospital, plus the doctor that actually works at the facility. They had great communication, always letting us know the updates. We liked the personalization, that's what my father received there. I could tell he felt comfortable there, and whatever the facility is supposed to provide, they provided it. Even with the COVID situation, you put a mask on, and you would go up to his window with a screen and he'd be laying in bed in the distance, and we could see him. That was kind of nice, I liked that. It's right across the street from the hospital, so it's very convenient."
