The Ridge Post-Acute

My brother is at The Ridge Post-Acute. He is there doing rehab. What I like best about them is that it's a much smaller place, so it's very cozy and more family-oriented. The staff is very pleasant. It's very, very intimate in that regard. Everyone has been very, very friendly. It's very cozy. You may call up trying to get the receptionist on the main line, and you may end up with the office manager, who will then walk down the hallway and hand the phone to the nurse if they have to. It's a much smaller place than most of them are, so that gives it a very cozy feeling. Everybody knows what's going on. They all get to know the patients by first name. It's really nice in that regard. It's very clean. The layout is very small. I wish they had more parking. There was one time they were having a bit of a group time, and they were all singing. Their activities director is very sweet and bubbly. She called me a couple of times and asked me what my brother likes. I said he doesn't like much right now. She said she still wanted to know what he likes. Very, very engaging.
