We chose Atria Evergreen Valley for my mother-in-law because we feel good about it. It's clean, it's nice, it's small, and it's homey. The staff members are helpful, caring, and approachable. She likes the food. They have bingo, arts, jewelry making, and exercise. It's a good place. They have a salon, laundry, and they have a big backyard for you to walk. They have a place where you can receive lots of visitors. It's a nice place.

My husband moved to Atria Evergreen Valley. It was just convenient to the home location. His apartment was fine. There are no issues there. The food, I think he likes it. The food is okay. They need some sort of ventilation there. There should be some fresh air flowing all the time. I just feel like they need activities, you kind of tell them that, like, if they don't want to do it, there's no encouragement. They just let them sit. I saw many just sitting and they should be doing something. The arts and crafts are just part of the activity room, which is utilized for everything. It's just an activity room that they use for everything, and it's nothing special. I think they're understaffed. They need to increase their staff.

I went to Atria Evergreen Valley. The staff was very good. They have a one-bedroom apartment. They have a courtyard, dining room, and living room. All the amenities are very good, and the food as well.

I liked Atria Evergreen Valley very much. They didn't have any openings, so we weren't able to select them. It was a very nice facility. The impression was very positive in terms of the look of the facility and the dining area looked nice. All of that was clean and tidy. The caregivers seemed a little bit detached. The person that accommodated me was very well-informed and very prepared. I was a surprise to her but she accommodated me, took me around, asked what my needs were, and tried to address them. I was able to sample the food but it was at another time. I also looked at this place for my sister previously, so I had prior knowledge of the food.

I went to Atria Evergreen Valley. They were very nice. I was there to visit memory care, and they were super pleasant. They called out a staff member, and they walked me to the right place. They had a separate entryway for security reasons, and I felt that they did that very well. It was less of a security barrier and more of a double-door situation, but it seemed safe. They walked us through it to make sure we could navigate. They showed us everything we wanted to see. They had very nice rooms. They had a couple available, and they made sure that none of the residents would be interrupted to show us everything we wanted to see, so they seemed to respect their privacy. Their grounds were not very spread out, which was a positive. The common areas had high ceilings and they were enjoyable with comfortable seating. It was a comfortable place to be. The rooms were high-ceilinged, which was a really lovely feature. They let in a lot of light. We were in a common room during mealtime, and so it was sort of like an informal dining room, which was really nice and very casual feel. They had some birds in a common area. People were walking by saying hi to people. It seemed like the kind of place where people knew each other, so that was nice. The staff were lovely.

My mom stayed at Atria Evergreen Valley for respite care. The care provided by all the workers there was very good. My mother didn't have a lot to complain about, but there were not many activities for her to do because they put her in memory care. She would have liked to have those activities in the assisted living side. There were no vegetarian options. I had to provide food for her. I tried the food that they served, and it was just straight out of a can. It was really bad. The television didn't work for three or four days, but they had it fixed. Apart from that, it was a well-run place.

My sister has moved into Atria Evergreen Valley. She is in memory care. The employees are all very friendly. She is in a shared room, so it is small. However, it seems to be enough space for her and her roommate. We are able to decorate any way we want. They have an activity schedule every week. The residents do quite a bit of coloring. On Thursdays, they have an outing for the residents that want to go or are able to go. They have TV chosen programs by the employees, so it's usually something about nature or maybe a series. They do exercises on Wednesdays, and I like that. They have free time to just color or do whatever. They have the dining room, and then right on that dining room is the activity center. They spend most of their waking time there in the activity center. They have a spa, which is just a shower with a walk-in tub. They have a patio area, and it seems clean to me. I would like to see more activities though.

I toured Atria Evergreen Valley. The people were very cooperative and the manager was very informative. They were all very helpful, and I liked the place. I saw a couple of rooms. One was a 1-bedroom apartment and the other one was a studio. They were unfurnished, but they looked very accommodating. They had big and easily accessible bathrooms, kitchenettes, and plenty of closet spaces.

I visited Atria Evergreen Valley. The layout was great. It was very clean and very welcoming. Everybody there, even seniors that live there, were very nice. We had one especially named Maria, and she came up and spoke to me and she told me all about the community there and how she loved it. It's very nice overall. The room was excellent and very clean. We looked at a studio, and it was very clean and spacious, very bright and cheery inside. They brought us a special pastry to take home after our visit that the chef made and it was very delicious. I would highly recommend their chef. If my dad chooses to go somewhere, that's where we're gonna go. It's an awesome place. They had a little movie room that looked very interesting, they had a pool table room, an area where the guys or women get together and they play poker, an art room, a music area, a library, and the outside area was beautiful. There's plenty of areas there for them to have their picnics and celebrations. It's very good. It's top of the line. They were the first ones that I went to and I liked them so much, that I didn't want to continue going anywhere else.

Atria Evergreen Valley is super clean, and the staff is super helpful. I can see that they have a lot of activities. It's just an all out nice place. It looks outstanding. I've seen the rooms in the memory care, I met the people. I've seen the facility. I give it a thumbs up all the way around. They also had an activity board. Their menu had pretty well square meals. It's just a comfortable environment.

My relative loves the community of skilled caregivers and enjoys the many acctivities - exercises, walks, games, root beer float socials, outside entertainers. She has friends there that she can enjoy being with. The Med Techs are easy to work with. All the employees are friendly and are skilled at coming alongside residents in need whether that is physically or emotionally. I recommended Atria Evergreen Valley to a dear friend whose relative needed much care. She was very pleased with the care her relative received. Warm cookies - who does not enjoy the smell of fresh baked cookies? No one cooks like your mama and papa but there is a nice variety of foods to be eaten. There is a movie theater and hair & nail salon on site and a large dining room. There is a very nice spacious garden area for visits and activites. On the weekends, there are Catholic and Christian services. There are various private room sizes to fit the needs and pocketbook. Each room has its own private bathroom, microwave and refridgerator. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and with a smile. They kept residences COVID free during the peak of the pandemic. For that alone, I will be forever grateful.

Regency of Evergreen Valley was very nice. The staff was excellent. I would rate everything there at a 4; everything was fine. The first staff that I talked to was very helpful. I looked at a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom.

Regency of Evergreen Valley is a fairly modern community and was under new ownership about seven years ago. We chose this place because they had no deficiencies as far as fire inspections are concerned. Another reason was because of their nurse director Stephanie H's dedication to memory care patients. I had three meals there with my wife and they were all excellent.

The staff at Regency of Evergreen Valley is nice. The food is pretty bad and doesn't include many choices. Other than that, the nursing care is good to my mother. She likes the staff. She is in assisted living, but she only gets medication assistance and some shower assistance. We chose it because of the price. She's a loner and likes to keep to herself. She doesn't participate in any activities. The room is pretty small with a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The bathroom is just a regular bathroom.

I did not like the rooms at Regency of Evergreen Valley because they stunk. I would not like to put myself in there. Everything is OK except their rooms.

Regency of Evergreen Valley was excellent. They had everything: a beautiful dining room, great staff, and memory games for people with dementia. They had excursions and shopping. They would take residents to doctor's appointments. There were regular celebrations and activities every month. The facility was beautiful. The staff was very professional and friendly.

What I like best at Regency is the nursing staff and the location. The staff is very friendly and seem to care a lot. The cleanliness is fine, too.

Regency of Evergreen Valley was very nice. I talked to some of the people that live there. The director was really nice. He gave us a nice tour of the memory care. The people looked very happy. It was a nice clean facility with a lot of activities. I would recommend it. They also have all levels of care. To me, it was a little smaller than the other one, and it wasn’t as open as the other one. It was a very nice facility. The staff was very friendly, and very nice. We watched them in the memory care when they were the serving ladies. Everybody looked very happy. It was a nice place.

I went to the Regency, and I thought it was very nice, but it was not what my husband needed at that time. I felt it is more of a residential unless you go into an area for people with memory loss. I saw a room, and it was very nice, but it was not furnished. I was very impressed, and I could move in there.

Regency of Evergreen Valley took good care of my father. It was a well-run organization, and the food was good. He was there for two months. They had caring staff, and I'm pretty satisfied. This place was a good value. The rooms were well maintained, and it had a nice location.

Regency had an outdoor area, but it was locked. It was nice and clean. The lady was nice, but she had me wait a whole week and a half to decide whether to take my husband, but he was rejected. I saw them doing activities. The rooms were very nice.

I thought Regency of Evergreen Valley was very excellent. If I had chosen them, I thought that would be a good facility for my mother. I thought the people were really nice. The facility that I toured was very clean and nice. All the people seemed happy and comfortable. I didn't see any problems, and I wouldn't mind living there if I were an older person. I like that it is comfortable and clean. I didn't meet a lot and probably met two or three people, but they were very nice, very knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. There seems to be activities, but I didn't pay much attention to it because I didn't think my mother would be participating in much of them. I only saw one, and it was a standard room with a bed, dresser, mirror, and window. I didn't spend a lot of time there, and I can’t say there were any problems or anything that can be improved on.

They didn't have an Alzheimer's unit at the Regency, and it was pretty nice. There didn't seem to be many people involved in their activities, so that was a little bit of a downgrade.

Regency of Evergreen Valley looks very nice. Nothing bad I can say. Everything was neat and organized. I was only in touch with one person there -- the person I had a tour with. I wasn't there very long. They acted like I didn't belong there; that's why I never went back. They kept it going so fast, and they didn't want to give me any price. They had a roomful of activities like exercise and a gym.

My dad was at Regency Evergreen Valley. The staff went out of their way to make him comfortable. They also try to go above and beyond, and they were very helpful. Dad likes the food, and he also said that they treated him well. The size and the layout was good. They have a lot more activities there that my dad can participate in.

Regency of Evergreen Valley was more corporate in its orientation. It was very polished. The medical director in memory care was very considerate, but it was just going to be a big deal for them. My dad has a permanent colostomy, and they wanted me to hire home health care to come in and train their staff on how to deal with the colostomy. There were just more steps involved. Their memory care looks to be a very nice community. The facility was extraordinarily nice. I was certainly impressed with their community relations gentleman, whose name is Chad, and their director; they were very sensitive to our particular needs and made an effort to work with us. They were very helpful.

My grandmother has lived at Regency of Evergreen since 2012, and loves it! She loves the daily activities, especially the outings with the residents which includes shopping and eating out at restaurants. I am pleased to have chosen Regency of Evergreen for my grandmother and wouldn't change it for anything. They have a caring staff and a Management team who understands and listens to you. Thank you Regency and for all you have done for my family and now my grandma! Your team goes above and beyond what is expected of them! Our family doesn't know how to thank you enough! If you are looking for a place for your loved ones, ths is the place. A caring and devoted staff. You will not be disappointed!

My brother has a one-bedroom studio, TV, microwave, refrigerator, sink; he has a very nice room at the Regency of Evergreen. Down the second floor, they give him his medication. He has three meals a day in a restaurant downstairs. They do have laundry once a week and they clean-up his room once a week. He just loves it there. They have different levels of care, but for assisted living for somebody in his condition, I couldn't ask for a better place. He gets along really well with all the people there. They go above and beyond, I highly recommend them. It's an excellent place in comparison to a residential home.
