I am a resident of The Watermark at Almaden. It's very nice. I'm in a studio, and it's pretty good and big. It's very clean. The staff is very nice. People are caring, and they're decent, friendly, and warm. There are many different kinds of activities, games, bingo, yoga, and quite a number of other things. The dining area is very neat, clean, and it's nice. The food and the service are good.

We toured The Watermark at Almaden. I think all the amenities that they have to offer are great, and their whole staff, and the room. My relatives liked everything about it. They have a beautiful gym, a putting green, and they had different crafts that they could do. A lot of different amenities. The staff is awesome, very gracious, and wonderful. It's beautiful, it's like walking into a five-star hotel, and everything about it is really nice. They had a lot of other areas available for people living there besides the dining room. So you could pretty much get something to eat probably about 24 hours a day there. That was very, very nice.

The Watermark at Almaden was very nice. However, for my friend's needs, it was overpowering with activities and size. It was beautiful, but I would not have chosen it only because of its size and the fact that it was not something that my friend needed. The staff was very nice. The lunch I had was very nice, but I sat by myself. They had many activities. There were huge rooms everywhere. They had a library, game rooms, and theaters. It was a beautiful facility. I can't say that I found anything out of order or anything. The director did a good job. I was just a little disappointed that he didn't join me for lunch, but maybe he had other things to do. Upkeep and cleanliness were wonderful.

We visited here. I saw a lot of people. I also saw a lot of families visiting the residents, which I liked. There was a lot of activity. It is a new facility, so it was clean and very nice. The people were very friendly. Since there were a lot of family members of residents visiting there, it made it feel like a really active community. The staff was very nice, and they offered meals there.

It is brand new and we liked the services they were providing every day to my mom. They have a very open lobby and a lot of activities all day long like outside people that would come in and perform music. For the 4th of July, they did a patriotic music performance where they had a little music and dance thing. There's even a movie theater where they watch movies every night at 6:30 (which looks like an actual movie theater) and they also do barbecues out on the patio. It's the best place I've seen in this area. It's beautiful. Like a cruise on land. It's very clean and they have very friendly staff. I had dinner with my mom and they had snacks and stuff, too, and the food was just fabulous.

It is on our short list. They're building it, and when we looked at it we were wearing hardhats to look at the rooms. The rooms looked nice. They were new, they looked surprisingly big, the facility itself is large, the outdoor space is very large, and there's a pool and a hot tub. They have a gym, a salon, and a golf simulator room. I didn't meet any of the staff there, just marketing people. The rooms were top of the line, and I thought they were very pretty. The dining area and activity room is ready. They're not scheduled to open 'til the end November.
