My mother-in-law is now a resident of Holiday Warburton Place. The place is welcoming, it's bright and light inside. It's not a dismal place, it's cheery, and the staff is very warm and confident. So I don't have anything negative to say about Warburton place. They've got activities going on and the dining area is nice. My mother-in-law is bedridden so they've been bringing her food. At first, she complained about the food a little bit about it, it was just an adjustment for her as far as the cuisine. But my wife tasted almost everything that she got immediately in the first week, and not everything, but a lot of the stuff was really good for a facility. They also have a pool table and dominoes and things.

I had an in-person tour of Holiday Warburton Place. I liked the representative who has been very persistent in reaching out to me, following up, and trying to work with us in terms of figuring out a living situation for my dad. I appreciate all the information he's given us in terms of the services and amenities that are offered. It seems that my dad would be very well taken care of there. The building seems to be a little older, like its elevators. The apartments are nice, especially the studios. There was a good amount of closet space. They had a kitchenette in there. The bathroom was nice too, because there were handles for them to hold on to when they shower and little seats, so those were good added benefits. The ones that we toured had patios as well, so that was nice. The first floor was nice because it had higher ceilings than the fourth floor that we went to view, so that gave the space a bigger feeling. The sample menu that they gave us was nice. There are ample choices for the residents to choose from. It was nice that they offered residents the option to have food sent to their unit if they weren't feeling well. They described it as having a restaurant-style vibe where the residents come in and then someone comes and takes their order. They have little snacks available throughout the day, up until the closing of the dining hall.

Holiday Warburton Place was a little older and not as bright as other places, but it's got character. My first impression of it is that the facility was clean in a way, but not too clean. The room itself was clean and a decent size. The staff was kind, seemed a little helpful, and was nice. The place had just a lot of things that's been fixed and broken down. They are fixing stuff and have a lot going on there. So, they are working on it. They have an exercise room and there's a lobby where they watch the Super Bowl. They also had bingo out there and outings in a shuttle that would take them out. The person who took me was nice and answered my questions.

Holiday Warburton Place is very clean and very organized. The person that was guiding me was extremely, extremely helpful and friendly. She provided a lot of information that we needed and answered all the questions that we needed to make the decision. They provide three meals a day inclusive and they have equipment for games and activities for the elders. They don't have staff onsite after 7 p.m., but they have that alert button. If there's an emergency, then the individual can press the button, which directly goes through 911 or the emergency people. I have seen the menu and it's pretty healthy and consistent. There's no extravagance about the meals but I think it is very doable and healthy for the elders. They have a beauty salon on the site. They have gym equipment. It's limited, but for the elders that should be sufficient. They have games, activities, and movie nights. There are a lot of things for them to be entertained with.

My mom is back at Holiday Warburton Place. It's an independent living, so I pay extra for an outside service that is onsite to help with the more assistance-type thing like showering and stuff. They have friendly staff. It's a good layout and it's recently remodeled. They have activities. My mom doesn't participate in many of them, but they have video games, bingo, card games, and trips to the mall. With regards to food, they need a low-sodium option for a lot of these older people. They have very updated and seasonal menu options that they offer, which is nice. The apartments themselves are older but functional. The value for the money is good.

Warburton Place was friendly, nice, and more affordable. There were patios that open to the inside. The place was just a little bit smaller and the rooms were older. So, it hasn't been quite as updated as any other place.

When my husband and I walked into Warburton Place, we were very impressed by how nice the place was. It was very clean. The people were very professional and very friendly. The rooms were a good size. Their dining area was very presentable, very nice, and very clean. They were doing some sort of artwork when we were there and it looked like the residents were having a good time. They even invited us to participate in what they were doing.

We went to Warburton Place. There's one resident that stood out, and he's outgoing and friendly. We had dinner there and at the dinner table, one resident complained about their food. The chef did good chicken though. Their food was like cafeteria food, but it's served to you. There's not a lot of variety. They try to convince you not to order more. We were there on complimentary and when I wanted to order something, they'd say, "Oh, this is a big portion," so I ended up just ordering one and it turned out, it wasn't enough for me. The staff during the tour was there on and off. She wasn't with us all throughout the tour. The temperature was so awful. I guess in the room you'll have individual control, but in the common area, they keep it at a certain temperature. When I went in there, I felt so warm. I think they use perfume to mask their odor, and it's very strong. You feel like your nostrils are being attacked with this perfume or deodorant. I would suggest they not do that. There's no washer dryer, no dishwasher, and no kitchen facilities in the rooms. The first floor had patios.

My mom has moved into Warburton Place. It's very affordable because it's independent living. They're also affiliated with their own caregiving company that works out of the facility but still its own entity so we have hired them. My mom's got insurance and it was key that there is a very clear distinction between the care company and the living facility because if the insurance has any way of denying the claim for the care, there's any confusion over if the bill is for care or if it's the rent the facility, they'll try not to pay the bill. In this case, they can't do that because it's independent living but we also use their care company and that's worked out pretty well. That enabled us to be able to let her live in her own apartment. I like this place. She's in a studio, which is small, but she has housekeeping, her laundry is done, and she gets 3 meals a day so it's adequate. I am happy with it. We wouldn't be leaving if our problem would be the home care because we could always hire anybody. We don't have to use their home care. We can use anybody we want. The facility is just fine. I don't have a problem with them. There's a housekeeper who's fine, and there are the people who work in the restaurant and they're okay. They can be a little bit unaccommodating if they don't have enough notice but I can understand that. People can't just, at the very last second, decide they need extra meals because they've got company. But sometimes you just don't know what your schedule is. I would say that they have a couple of positions where they have inexperienced individuals, and that has caused a little bit of a problem for us but overall, it's fine and I don't have a whole lot of complaints. One thing I guess I would criticize is that a lot of times, the schedule of events doesn't take place. Like today it was supposed to be art but for whatever reason, there's no art class today. They also frequently have a problem with their church service. The Christian service is on a Thursday and my mom would like to go to that but she hasn't been able to go to any of them since she's been here because they keep canceling them. That's not okay. They do have things going on in the afternoon when she's napping so that's not anybody's fault. It just doesn't work out for her. There are very few things that she is interested in doing and arts is one of them. The bookmobile is also frequently not happening for whatever reason and we don't know why. I think that they have to do a better job at making the activities that they say are going to happen, that are scheduled, and they need to make sure that they happen.

Warburton Place was pleasant and people have a variety of different places where they could walk inside. The staff and the facilities seemed pleasant. The dining room was roomy and I was told that people could order what they wanted. The rooms were roomy enough that someone could get some of their own furniture in there, and there were windows so it was light and airy. The maintenance seemed adequate and good, the place was clean. They had a place that was like a large interior courtyard, and I thought it was pleasant. The person I met seemed very friendly.

The Warburton Place might be the best fit for my grandma. What we really like about it is that it's all in one building. For my grandma, who's 88, we like the fact that she's not going to have to navigate between different buildings. She won't have to go out in the rain to go from her place to the dining hall or to the community room, so we really like that. We like that everything is in one place. We actually really like the fact that they have set mealtimes, so that way there's a sense of community. We really like the fact that they have a care agency on site that we can contact and utilize their services, so we don't have to contact externally. All of the residents and the staff that we met were incredible and very, very cordial. It felt like a dorm, and it definitely felt very friendly. We think it's going to be a really good fit for my grandma. The staff who showed me around was amazing. We're looking at a studio apartment. In the studio, they provide a mini fridge. It's not exactly a kitchenette, so they just provide them in the fridge and a sink. There is washer and dryer on the floor for my grandma to access. They do have downstairs a community kitchen if somebody wanted to cook their own larger meals; they could do that. Housekeeping is included once a week, and linen services are included. We really like that they have large bathrooms that were fully handicap accessible.

Warburton Place was very good, but it doesn't suit my husband because he's a vegetarian and is from India, so he doesn't like the food there. And also, it is only for independent living; he needs a lot of attention day and night. The facility was very good, actually, and excellent. I think the rooms are very good. They have billiards, card games, and a lot of other games. They have a gym, and people can use it. It was an excellent facility. They have a patio. I did not see many people, but I saw one lady, and she was excellent towards us, and she told us everything. She was very good.

I went to Warburton Place. We like it, but they don't have a swimming pool, which was my concern. The rooms were OK. Everything was OK, so I didn't have any problems with that. I was concerned about the swimming pool; other than that, it was nice. The staff who assisted me with the tour was a very nice lady. For my grandkids, she gave us a couple of cookies. It was nice. She was so kind. The room was like an apartment with a balcony. They have a fridge. It was pretty good. I like it. They have everything. They have a gym, a pool table, and a nice patio for barbecuing. The staff was nice. They were so kind and nice. They always welcome you; I like that.

I toured Warburton Place. It was really a good one. I was really happy with them. That was one I would choose if I was to choose one for my brother. The staff was friendly. Everybody was really nice. The staff member was very friendly. She was really thorough on everything. She was answering questions that we hadn't even asked yet. She seemed to know exactly the questions we would have had. She gave us all the information right away, and she was really pleasant. I was not able to taste the food or actually see it, but their menu looked good. When we were walking around, we walked back to the area where they feed everybody, and the chef came out and introduced himself, and it was really pleasant. They were really friendly and nice. The community was kind of homey-looking. The residents there were able to do little decorations outside their front door, and they're like little apartments down the hallway. They put their own little decorations out there on their doorway and stuff, and it just made it look more personal and more homey. Everything was really clean and well-lit. It was just a really nice place. I liked that place a lot.

I went to Warburton Place. The staff members were very friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable. They seemed to really care about the residents. They showed me the menu, and it looked like they had a good selection. The facility looked like it had been pretty recently updated. The paint colors were nice. It was in a very good condition overall. It was very nice.

I visited and the lady who was showing me around was very nice but the place is not for me. The lady was very nice, very informative, very courteous, and I like that. The residents seemed like they're in their late 80's and 90's and I want a place where there's a mix of ages. The apartments were okay but I think, because of my age, I'm not ready for a place like that yet. It was neat and clean, though. The building is nice and a lady resident was nice enough to open her room for us and we saw that it's spacious. The rooms there were nice, neat, and clean. They have a big dining room, too. Everything was okay, just a little depressing. Emotionally, I'm not ready for it. It's not for me.

It was clean. The people looked happy, and the general manager was very helpful and answered all my questions. The room I looked at was being remodeled from the prior tenant. We also saw a vacant larger room upstairs, ready for someone to move in. It was quiet, and there's a little community of people in the game room socializing with each other.

It is being totally renovated inside. The interior is being painted and new carpeting is going down. The great room is being redecorated and they're putting in new furniture. They have mahjong, bingo, and they play a movie three nights a week. I have a studio and it's comfortable. I have a balcony with a real nice view. They also have a lot of inside balconies that face a huge patio. There are a lot of trees and flowers. The dining room hosts 150 people. You can come and go as you please. You get three keys: a key to the front door, your room, and the mailbox. If you use their sheets and towels, they will change your bed for you and do your laundry, but if not, you do your own laundry. The food is quite bland. They don't use a lot of spices in the food, which is a good thing for me.

I visited, it was a little older, but it's clean and quite good. I went by their activities area because I'm looking for a place that will keep me active. I'm also looking for a place with happy residents, but the residents looked grumpy and sour even though the facilities looked nice. The staff members were very nice and the apartments were a good size.

My tour was nice. It was almost like going into a hotel. Their rooms were very spacious and well laid out. Their food was excellent. I was really impressed with the whole place. I was interested in the fact that they have social activities in and outside the community, and they provide transportation for the residents to go shopping or to doctors' appointments.

It had nice rooms. The studios did not have the kitchen, but the one-bedroom did. They also had shuttles to and from doctor’s appointment and stuff like that, and the staff was very friendly. This was high on our list because of the atmosphere. The residents all seemed to be happy; we talked to several of them, and they were all happy. One guy would not want even to live anywhere else, so it was very uplifting. They had all sorts of everything as far as almost anything they want to do. We ate there, and the food was very good. We liked the size of the rooms and everything there too.

I visited. I’ve been there twice. I noticed the second time I was there, they didn’t really have a kitchen set up in the apartment that I looked at. It was a small refrigerator that sat under the cupboard like you do in a hotel. There was no stove. The staff said I could buy a hot plate and a microwave, but I was not thrilled with that. I like having a kitchen however small the place. I was not thrilled with The Westmont with the kitchen business. They were very nice people. The people that live there, they came up and talked to me too; that was really nice. I really enjoyed that. They had a lot going on there, but I just couldn’t exist in a place like that.

We visited and it was excellent. The customer service, the folks, and administration are just phenomenal and accommodating. They made the accommodation happen for us and made it possible. The facility, the food, the service, and the housekeeping was superb, and the unit was very clean and well taken care of. I went there for a meal, and it was fantastic, delicious, well-prepared, and the delivery and how they do their service was fantastic. I was really happy there. It was welcoming, inviting, and felt like a fantastic place. We ended up with a studio.

It was a really nice, modern, and clean place. The staff was upbeat, really nice, and accommodating. They were eager to help us out with our questions. There were exercise programs, shopping trips, occasional bus trip outings, and things like that. We received several follow-up calls from their director and appreciate their efforts in trying to reach out to people who need their assistance.

My parents moved in last October 28. The staff was very helpful and willing to work with whatever your needs are. The amenities have been good. They liked the food; the common dining room is nice and laid out with four chairs per table. What I liked best about the place is that the managers live on-site. They’re always available, and are always there. We also needed to get assisted care, and the company on the second floor has been helpful in working with my dad’s needs. They do have activities, and they’ve taken part in some card games.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had lunch which was very good and the menu for other meals appeared to be adequate. My reasons for not choosing this facility were the one bedroom apartment was too small with very little storage space and the location was not compatible with my current lifestyle.

We went here for a visit, and the facility is nice. It had a nice dining area with a piano. It had three things on the menu. The chef came out and explained what the menu was. The food was absolutely really good. They offer transportation to the doctor's appointments. The room was really very nice, and they have a nice courtyard. They have a piano player that plays music during lunch.

All the staff here are just really great. We have community meals where everybody eats at the same time, and it's just a very comfortable feeling in the dining room. They provide bedding and towels and they'll wash them, not your whole laundry, but that part is really nice, and then they remake the beds and stuff, and they clean once a week. The managers are on site twenty-four hours a day, which is really nice, and it is just a warm, comfortable feeling. When you come into a building, there is a large living room and you see out to a patio, which is nice. I held out for a little bit, hoping that maybe I would find something a little larger for a room, but everything else just washed out the size of the room.

It was so small. I could imagine downsizing to it. Other than that, it was OK. They even had a beauty shop. We had the chance to eat and had my choice of menu, and I enjoyed it. They had an activity room, and they had a schedule of things. They did art classes. I like the way the rooms were arranged. Walking down the halls was really nice. You didn't feel like you were in a prison or something. It didn't have much space. It was clean, nice, and fresh. The place itself had little shops. They have a bus that will take you away if you have to get a ride out into the city.

It was excellent. It's a very nice place. That's one I really like my sister to go see. It's a beautiful facility. It's one of those places that does allow smoking. My sister does smoke. In some of the places you either have to go outside or you can't smoke at all. They have the whole third floor for smokers. They can go out on their balcony and smoke. That's one reason I really like the place. They supply breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have snacks all day long that you can have if you want. They take you places in certain days of the week, to doctor and dentists, and other days you can go to Target or Lucky.

I visited and the staff was nice and gave me literatures to bring home. The dining room and food were okay. However, it was a very old old building and the apartments were strange. I didn't like the way the apartments were set up and the arrangement of their two bedroom apartments were weird. There was no area outside the building. Everything was inside and I didn't like the location.
