The Maple is located in a beautiful subdivision where you can take a leisurely walk with your loved ones or caretaker. Downtown Zebulon is nearby and has a beautiful old town feel along with lovely shops and restaurants. We are exactly 21 minutes from Big Wake Med and only 6 minutes from Duke Primary Care.

The Maple is equipped with A fire alarm and Sprinkler system to prevent loss or damage in the event of a fire. Sensors and a 24-hour security company monitor all windows and doors. Rest assured that your safety is of the utmost importance.

At The Maple, residents can expect to be engaged in programs, activities, and rotating events that stimulate the mind, body, and spirit. We offer on-site activities as well as field trips.

At the Maple, you will enjoy freshly prepared meals that will be nutritious and delicious. We are happy to accommodate special diets and food preferences. We will also serve a hot breakfast every morning and tea time, and snacks on our enclosed porch in between meals.

Our staff-to-resident ratio is one caregiver for every three residents.

We will always keep the family up to date on residents' health and well-being. We will make weekly or monthly calls to update the family on their loved one's condition. We will also call the family right away if the resident has any issues.

All staff at the Maple are certified CNAs and or PCAs. Our team is trained and experienced in all areas of care. We employ accredited med techs for medication administration and offer continuing education in care and infection control for all staff.

2 staff during the day and 1 staff overnight.

Located in the Shepards Point subdivision in Zebulon, NC, The Maple offers a peaceful, quaint country setting that is close to essential amenities in town. Downtown Raleigh offers plenty of arts and cultural events a short ride away!

Social, leisure, recreational, and educational activities. Our Activities Director will work with you to understand what activities stimulate your mind while giving you the self-esteem you need to feel in control. Gardening, yoga, and swimming are just a few of the activities we offer, alongside monthly field trips and private music concerts.
