Compton Place is a nice place to live. The rooms are real nice and spacious. My aunt has a giant one bedroom with a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Some people have two bedrooms. It's real nice, but they're horrible when it comes to management. You can't find anyone when you need help or need to find anything out at all. They're just non-existent. They don't answer the phone, and it's very hard to get a person at all. It's the only thing I don't like about the place.

Have been trying to submit application for elderly father since Dec, 2013. The manager at this property does not return calls or emails, and does not seem to care whether or not you are able to submit an appl or not. I have submitted document after document at her request and then will not get a response for weeks. I also paid 25.00 appl fee but appl was never processed because she needed ATM slip from my father who is 3 hrs away and cannot drive. Already sent copy of ss card, photo id, ssa benefit statement, still not accepted. Good luck getting a place for your loved one at these apartments!

Compton Place is wonderful. It's clean, organized, and the location is good. But I didn't like the manager. That's the thing that really turned us off seriously. She's just not very personable.
