I've been to the assisted living facility of Village at Mill Landing to visit a friend, and it's wonderful there. I liked the fact that it's friendly with lots of activities and it's clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a variety of activities and encourage participation with the people who are there. The facility was also bright and joyful. It was a very good visit.

The people at The Village at Mill Landing are very nice. The place is clean and updated. It has services. The only thing I didn't like was there was an open stairway to the first floor. It's a lovely facility. They have a patio and also activities.

Village at Mill Landing community was very lively. There were lots of activities, the facilities were clean and beautiful. The staff that I met was very helpful. I saw large rooms with spacious and nice layouts. As far as I can tell, the maintenance of the room, everything was kept up. We didn't try the food but the dining area was nice and there's a nice snack area.

My mother-in-law moved to The Village at Mill Landing. The layout and atmosphere of the place are very good, it's clean and bright with nice rooms and nice people. They have daily activities, weekly schedules, frequent outings, a daily happy hour and they have various activities. Her room is large, bright, and well-lit with plenty of closets.

I liked pretty much everything in the Village at Mill Landing. It's a beautiful home. I met one tour guide, and she was wonderful. She gave me a lot of information and answered any questions I have. They have a lot of services available. The only one I wasn't sure about was the hands-on help. It was very homelike, and the rooms were big enough. They had dining facilities with lots of choices for my husband's meals. The place was beautifully well kept up, was very clean, and very well kept. There was a movie theater.

Village at Mill Landing was an excellent and beautiful facility, but It was assisted living, and we didn't think we needed that type of care. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were much smaller, and more of a studio. There was no kitchen and patio, only a refrigerator. We saw the exercise room, the activities room, and the gameroom.

My mother moved into The Village at Mill Landing. Overall, it has been not without some challenges. It is a new place, so they are just getting started, and some of their processes are not fully mature. They are lacking in some areas specifically communication with the family. Some of their aides are not as experienced, and we don't feel like they're always giving the residents the level of care that they need. Like we have issues with laundry being returned inside out or not at all. We also have issues with aides not really understanding seniors. Like when senior resident said something, they got defensive, and they verbally attacked the residents. I would call it inexperienced issues. I think they have a beautiful place, but the level of care has not been what we had hoped for. They have a calendar of activities. It varies and it does include a number of special occasions and events like musical performances from outside that are brought in. They also have outings. In terms of amenities, they have a beautiful place that is two stories. They have a lobby, fireplaces, a very nice cinema and a very nice café. They have a lot of amenities.
