We had an in-person tour of The Village at Towngate. It was a very good tour. They showed us everything we needed to see and told us everything we needed to know. Everything was beautiful. It was very well-kept and clean. The staff members were all very helpful. They did what they needed to do.

It is a warm and friendly place where folks can mingle and socialize with the many programs offered, or choose more time on their own. It's family, not a hotel! The rooms are clean and well maintained. Great housekeeping staff. The food is wonderful and no complaints from residents that I've heard. Administration is available and on premises. Several family members have been or are there. What more could you ask for, looking for a safe and comfortable place for mom or dad?

I liked that the Village at Towngate was a smaller community and they were very in touch with their clients. It was very intimate. The staff came across as very caring and very interested in finding out about the potential member and what the needs were, that sort of thing. It's a bit dated. Some of the facility is upgraded and some are not. They had a courtyard. They were upkeeping it pretty nicely. It's just that it's an older building, and so it needs updating. A hospital is right nearby.

It was beautiful. It was nice and clean. Everyone was so friendly. I liked the setup and the layout. I liked the restaurant style dining. I liked the updated rooms. They were nice and spacious. I liked the neighborhood atmosphere and all the activities. The staff who gave me the tour was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Everyone was just so nice. There were staff everywhere. It was not like you had to look for them.

We toured here, but it didn't meet my mom's needs. We had no problem with who we met with, the information they gave us, or the tour. They showed us the menu. I didn't see any issues with them. They provided medical transport, ADLs, and medication management. They offer all of those things. The staff who gave us the tour was Adam, and he was great.

We toured here. I absolutely loved it from the second we walked into the door until we left two hours and 15 minutes later. They were absolutely wonderful. They greeted us. I can't say enough about them. Everybody we met there was so helpful and so nice. We've been currently working with them and getting details because we know nothing or anything. They have been so helpful in guiding us on how to go about it all. The place was just absolutely amazing. Their chef sent us home with a four-pack of apple strudel muffins. They said we missed the meal, and they really wanted us to taste what they offer. He has been a chef for 22 years, and these muffins were amazing. The place was gorgeous. They have gardening. They have bingo. They have movie night. They have games, puzzles, and activities. They have an exercise room, and they have walking tours. There's just so much stuff there. They have a daily activity sheet that goes out in the morning to the residents. It's not even like the same stuff every day; it's like they change it every day.

It was phenomenal. I was able to tour it. It's top notch, and if I could move my parents in the day I walked in there, I would. They showed me a one-bedroom and a studio apartment. They were top notch, very clean, and very spacious. I saw the food and the facilities, and they were all good. They had a courtyard and an outdoor area. They also have a dining area.

It was very nice, very accommodating, and helpful. The staff was kind, helpful, and genuine. The dining area was fine and seemed clean. They were having a meal when we were there, and the food looked good. The library was in one of the areas with a living room. We saw the calendar, and it looked like they have a nice variety of activities. There were studio rooms of three different sizes, which all seemed very nice and adequate.

It was very friendly, very clean, and very warm and smelled like it was clean. The layout was easy to navigate and all on one floor. It was a small place, which was good. They had different sizes of rooms, but they were adequate. I liked the people working there. They were very friendly and went out of their way to introduce themselves and talk about how much they loved their jobs. They had quite a few activities going on. I saw people in one room playing games and doing some activities, and some of them were watching a movie in a different room. We did not eat there, but they gave us cookies and muffins that they made. The cookies were good and the muffins were OK. I would recommend them to others.

It was a very nice facility. They only had single rooms with a little kitchenette kind of thing. They were doing a cooking class while I was there. The menu looked good. They gave me complimentary muffins to take home, which I thought was very nice. The dining room was lovely. The place was very attractive.

It was kind of my pick. They seemed to be very caring, and the residents were all having a good time and were very happy to be there. The staff just seemed very caring. Three or four different people came up to me, and I know they are just doing their job, but I used to manage an independent living facility, so I've been around these folks and the people who work with them. Some are good at it, some are not, and they seemed to be very good at it. It was very clean and very nice.

I thought that it was fine. The staff was very kind and very efficient. They were very knowledgeable, and they answered all my inquiries. They did have some activities. I think they were playing bingo the day I went and visited. I think I actually liked the room better than I did the one in the other facility. They were a little bigger, and I liked it. They gave me a cheesecake; that is why I liked them. It was great. It was a positive experience.

I visited and they were excellent. If my mother needed assisted living, I would probably send her there. The rooms were also very nice. They were very accommodating. They gave me a gift of dessert, and that was very good. The residents seemed happy. They were busy, and they seemed fine.

It was one of our top choices. It has a good location. It's right across from a mall. I like the openness. It's cozy, quaint. More homey was the atmosphere there. The clients themselves seem very upbeat. I like the room that we chose for my father. We thought that it was very homey and it was small.
