My friend moved in. They were very informative, very cooperative, polite, and professional, and they seemed to have residents' needs at the center of their concern during the placement process. They were very accommodating during his move in and his subsequent three-week stay, up to this time. They answered all of our questions. I'd certainly recommend them highly. He enjoys the food very much.

It was also very nice. The lady that did the tour for us was very pleasant. She knew everyone’s name. Everyone was very nice. It was not as open as the other facility I visited. It was very good, and we were also considering it. We were able to look at the apartments, and it all seemed very clean. I had no issues with cleanliness at all.

My sister is here. It is a very lovely place. The people there who assist the patients are very nice and accommodating. They have a beautiful dining room. She loves the food and is kept busy. Her apartment is very nice and has a little kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The best thing is she is on the main floor because she has trouble walking, so that really helps her. My sister is very happy there.

Mom is here and the facility is very close to where I live. The staff are outstanding. They provide meals and they do some housecleaning. They have many activities going on like bingo and different types of church groups come in. They also have transportation which takes the residents to their doctor's appointment. They do lot of different things. They have a formal dining room. Breakfast is buffet style and dinner is sit-down style and they have waiters and waitresses.

My mother was happier when we placed her here. Before, when she was at home, she was very depressed and isolated. She is staying in a room with her little balcony where she could sit outside. It overlooked the grounds and wooded area with neighboring houses. It just gives you a very homey feeling to it. She also enjoys a lot of activities. She has been bowling and playing card games. They make stuffed animals for Golisano Children's Hospital and she has done that and enjoyed it. She's still relatively new to the place but she's starting to adjust.
