Amber Court of Smithtown astounded us best because it permits us to have my daughter on the list. I was impressed with them. I liked it better than the one in Westbury. The rooms were lovely and clean. They showed us various rooms, and we saw other people there. Everybody seemed perfectly comfortable and busy, and everything was neat. It was very nice. The staff who gave the tour was very informative, very warm, very interested, and kind.

My mom is a resident of Amber Court of Smithtown. They're very good at communicating. If there's an issue, I get immediate results. Everything's been taken care of. The staff has been wonderful. My mom's now in a shared room. There are a lot of activities for them to do if they want to do them. They have a lovely front area where they can sit and enjoy. There are benches where they can sit outside and enjoy the sun. They do a lot of nice socializing. Everybody gets along. I have heard other people complaining about the food, but I always ask my mom, and she's been very happy with it. It's the same price range as everybody else.

I did visit the Amber Court of Smithtown, and when we went to Amber Court for an interview, the woman brought us into a room that was filled with trash and crumbs all over the floor, all over the conference table. There were flies flying around the room and she just said, "Oh, I'm sorry", and left us in that room while we conducted the meeting. So, that was a turn off. When we went through the rest of the facility, it seemed okay.

My mother moved into Amber Court of Smithtown. She likes the food, and her room is very nice. They have lots of activities for her to do. They have an outdoor space and they have the bottom floor where they have all the activities. They have a big screen TV, they play music, and they have cooking classes. So far, the staff has been good. They are very nice. The place is very clean.

My mom moved into Amber Court Of Smith Town. It is a nice and clean community. They have a lot of choices regarding food and a lot of activities. My mom likes it overall. They watch movies together, do theater plays, play bingo games, and do birthday parties for people. Their amenities are very good and very helpful. I checked a few different ones, and this was the best from what I saw. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. They talk to my mother, make her feel at home, help her where to find things, how to do things, and find friends.

My sister lives in Amber Court of Smithtown. She has to share the room with three women, but it's a big facility, and they have a lot of activities. They have bingo and they're very active. The staff seems very friendly and nice.
