My mother used to be their and it was great. Only thing was that they were a bit late when coming to the room. Also Karen the therapy coordinator did a great job helping my mother. But they need to try and fix it up with the doormen because some of them were rude.

The staff was friendly but, in my opinion not very competent. One of the times when we went to visit it seemed the bed pan had not been changed for a few days. The facilities were not filthy but they were in no way immaculate. The social situation there was very poor. She was never taken out of her bed or room to see others and her roommate was in a coma. Unfortunately when I had no control over where my aunt stayed, but if I had, I would have brought her somewhere else.
