They have bed bugs but have tried to get rid of them. They have had bed bugs as long as my mom has lived there because they do not put in the work to get rid of them. My mom is difficult at times so she is treated differently everyday and she feels disrespected by the staff. They do not offer much at dinner so my mother is still hungry most meals so we have to get her snacks to fill the void. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. My mother has a state appointed guardian or she wouldn't be there. The bedrooms need paint and walls are dirty. They offer no activities and do not take residents anywhere.

At Wood Oaks, the staff seems nice enough to me. However, my brother is not really happy with the food there. He also complains that he doesn’t have anything to do. The atmosphere seems OK. He has been there almost two months.
