My dad resides here. They do not take care of these patients. I visited my dad and he was wet. They don’t communicate with him. The CNA are horrible. My dad doesn’t like them because they have done something to him. My dad is loosing weight due to them not feeding him. I see people being neglected. Don’t take your love ones there, Please.

My mother was at this facility. Her room was hot which caused her to sweat. Plastic backed underpads hold heat and combined with moisture cause skin breakdown. My mother was not turned appropriately which caused her pain. She was left lying in her own urine which contributes to skin breakdown. She was found with feces on her on multiple occasions. Momma was not cleaned off after being served meals and had food on her hours later. She was left with the bed at 45 to 60 degrees which caused her pain. As many times as I addressed concerns with staff, no improvements were made. Staff are trained to deliver the same care that isn’t patient specific. They can’t critically think and adjust care for specific patient needs. Staff did not care and the more concerns that were raised the worse the care my mother received. This is a business and they are concerned about profits not the care of their patients.
