The staff is friendly and some know me by name. It is a professional atmosphere. Any concerns that I have had are addressed and handled. The director really shows concern about the residents. I would recommend the facility for love ones."

"Trinity was closer to where I live. The staff seemed very nice and helpful on any question that I have. So, it took the burden off of you whenever you were seeking a place that would be giving care for them. The rooms that I saw were comfortable. They were nice, a little smaller than I thought, but it would be sufficient. They told me about a lot of the activities that they had, which at this point my father wouldn't be able to participate simply because he was deaf. However, they could improve on the attentiveness and the professionalism of the care. There were a few things that I saw that could have been addressed "

"My father-in-law is at Clinton Healthcare for rehab. The facility is nice. He has enjoyed the staff and the food there. He says it's really clean. He enjoys the rehab and the staff is great. It's clean and nice. It doesn't smell bad. The rehab rooms are private, and it is spacious and big enough for a wheelchair and big enough for somebody who wants to stay with him. I know there were people who came in and stayed. The rooms are nice, they've got plenty of space, and they have control over their air. The staff is all really nice, informative, and helpful. The care that he receives is great. I thought they did a good job getting back to where he can walk and move on his own. I've not had food or meals, but he said they're fabulous. He said they're better than the hospital. He wrote notes to the cooks and told them how wonderful it was. They have a beauty salon and a barber. They have an activity calendar and look like they have something every day. They have events every day. They even have bingo once a week and games. They will keep them busy if they'll go do them."

"My aunt is at the Edgewood Health and Rehab. It's a beautiful place, very modern, and extremely clean. In fact, I probably would go there when I need to find a place. I think they are professional, friendly, and very thorough. I am completely satisfied with their service. I've seen them doing paintings, nature walks, and board games. I think they have a variety of things. They do physical therapy. She has been going to some kind of arts and crafts class too where they do beadwork. The rooms are very nice and fully equipped as well."

"Clean facilities with professional and caring staff. My grandmother was well taken care of at Wisteria Gardens. When she needed assistance, staff were there to help. The therapy helped her get better and stronger quicker. "

"This is the best place. Patients are taking care of in so many ways. She has her hair done there every Tuesday. They go on trips to Casino, Walmart & other places. Church’s come to teach & sing. Their physical therapist do an outstanding job. Nurses have been great. Staff has called us when she was sick or any of her meds have changed. Front office billing etc.. no issues. We are thankful for everyone at Briarhill."

"My mom spent about 20 days there in 2016 for rehab. There were 2 administrative ladies who bent over backwards doing everything they could to help me place my mom there because it was extremely close to my home and we were having a hard time finding another place to take her that was decent. I was there almost every day. She was on the west side in a private room. The rehab was very, very good. My mom liked the facility, although it wasn't home and she wanted to go home, She did not want to make friends. She did not want to eat meals in the dining area, so they brought meals to her, although later than the others, and she fussed about that. We thought the food was very good. Her major complaint was that morning meds were distributed about mid morning. She was used to having her meds early in the morning, and it drove her batty that meds came so late. They had lots of activities on both floors in general gathering areas. Friends who came to visit her there commented that it was a very nice place. If she has to go back, this is where we would try to return to. "

"My mother has been staying at The Nichols Center since November 2017. It's clean, well kept, friendly, and small with only six beds. It has more intimate care. The staff members are very attentive to my mother's needs and very helpful to me as well. The food is substantial and of good quality, good temperature, and good quantity."
