Semi private rooms with nice big window on mom’s side. Nursing Staff very friendly with my mom. NP had to adjust medication frequently because of my mom’s new conditions and they answered my questions . Very difficult to get calls into facility- and No phones in room- when I was sick a nurse called and let my mom talk to me on her phone.

This is an awful place. A few of the nurses are sweet but the CNAs are horrible with extremely bad attitudes. They were so rude to my family and were highly neglectful of my loved one. My cousin was only there less than a week before she had to be rushed to the ER and unfortunately she passed several days later.

The rooms were fairly clean. The halls impeccable. Laundry was never caught up. Staff had to hunt every time to find enough linens to change the bed. I had to ask each time for my clothes to get back to my room. However the worst thing was the treatment from the CNA's. Most treated me like I was a bother. Kept saying how busy they were. Like they had to hurry up and get done because they had other more important patients. Some staff would literally walk out of the room before finishing. Pain medication schedule was ignored. The head nurse made me feel less than worthy so many times. I was made to wait 20 minutes overtime to as long as 2.5 hours past when I should have had my medication. At that point I was in tears from pain going too high. Food was high carbs, lots of bread, pasta, box mix cakes, puddings. Etc. I immediately started getting sick from this diet. In order to calm my gut. I began ordering Door Dash fast food which was a 100% improvement but costly. Patients could be heard hollering in the halls, fighting with each other. At one point my CNA stood in my room entrance and argued with the head supervisor about patient schedule. That was high stress for me to hear staff arguing. Physical therapy guys were great. These guys are what kept my sanity. Through my 15 day stay I had a couple nurses and couple CNA's that were on top of things, did their job and were kind. All the rest made me feel like I made their case load too heavy and I was a burden. Some of my most basic needs went unmet for a song as 5 hours. This was good for me in that it let me know I would never commit anyone to a facility like this. Ever.

This facility was much better in 2016. I entered again in August, 2020. It had gone down considerably in that time frame. It did not conform to the Patient's Bill of Rights and always lied about everything. The PT people were decent, caring, and helpful folks, but the staff for the most part, just did not care. You stay in your room in the back for two weeks, then you are moved for a week or so up near the outside door. Feels like a prison!

Terrible! Please don't leave your loved one in this place. Especially if they are unable to communicate clearly with you regarding their treatment.

My uncle is still in Trinity Mission, and there are two people to a room. There are people that scream 'help me' all the time, and it's very scary. It's clean, but they're renovating as needed. It's not a pleasant place to go -- it is more like a hospital versus a nursing home. He can't eat because he has got a feeding tube, and he has got a dementia really bad. They wheel him around in a wheelchair. He can hardly get up, and he gets assistance to get over to his bed, but sometimes at night, they found him wandering. He will get out of his bed and fall, and they've called us to let us know he did fall down. My problem is he has a will in his safe that says he does not want any tubes, any artificial life support at all even for nourishment, and he signed it. However, someone signed for him to have a feeding tube put in. They also have a sign on his nightstand that says do not resuscitate, so they're halfway doing what he wants and halfway not doing what he wants, and I'm very upset about that. But I could walk right in and see the staff that was handling the paperwork of the insurance company. She had no problem with me visiting with her, so I was impressed about that.

Trinity was closer to where I live. The staff seemed very nice and helpful on any question that I have. So, it took the burden off of you whenever you were seeking a place that would be giving care for them. The rooms that I saw were comfortable. They were nice, a little smaller than I thought, but it would be sufficient. They told me about a lot of the activities that they had, which at this point my father wouldn't be able to participate simply because he was deaf. However, they could improve on the attentiveness and the professionalism of the care. There were a few things that I saw that could have been addressed

Trinity mission had the best physical rehab center that I have ever been in. My health has been declining and they did help me get back on my feet. Thank you.
