The Preserve of Roseville offers physical, social, cognitive, sensory and spiritual programming on a regular basis. Some of the special services offered include Music Therapy, Life Stations with activities tailored to individual interest and a family/resident engagement program.
Who assesses residents' health and cognitive functioning? How often is that assessment repeated?
Every resident is assessed by our Health Care Coordinator (RN) to create a plan of care that fits their unique medical needs. No residents pay for health care services they do not need. The assessment is then completed every 90 days or anytime a resident is re-admitted back to The Preserve of Roseville after a hospital admission.

Our staff are present and actively supervising residents at all meals. Our staff is there to provide guidance and support through verbal cues, providing finger foods, as needed, and assisting with feeding.
