We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that you feel that standard was not met. We acknowledge that much of what we planned for this year was not provided. Our staff receive annual training and on the spot training on a regular basis. Our management team is present in the community providing guidance to staff regularly. In addition, we provide special trainings throughout the year.

Our Life Enrichment program offers fun, engaging and purposeful activities that our residents want to participate in. Just ask us about our exercise programs and music therapy sessions, as well as our special events and outings!

Nestled up to the 52-acre Harriet Alexander Wildlife Nature Preserve and just steps from the Muriel Sahlin Arboretum. Both have beautiful walking paths, shrubs, and gardens to enjoy. Just a few blocks South of Lake Owasso (fishing, boating, picnic areas, walking and biking paths). Across Dale Street is the Dale Street Athletic Center (softball field, playground, walking track, covered picnic area). One block from the Rosetown American Legion (get together spot for veterans and families, snacks, adult beverages, entertainment, and the incredible Broasted Chicken Dinner).

The Preserve of Roseville will offer controlled access to our community. Our doors are secured after 8:00 pm daily and re-open at 7:30 am daily.

The Preserve of Roseville finds keeping residents' families informed about their loved ones an every day necessity. Through in person communication, phone calls, emails, our monthly newsletter and more, we are able to ensure all are kept informed of the happenings at The Preserve.

The Preserve of Roseville is proud to be pet friendly. Your fury friend can enjoy walks through the nearby arboretum and nature preserve.

Our staff receives over 40-hours of training before working within the community, scheduled monthly meetings keep our staff up-to-date, online programs help expand our knowledge base, and on the spot training ensures course correction to continue to provide top-notch care. Our management team provides twice-daily audits, daily updates at stand-up meetings, and staff meets at each shift change to talk about what happened today, what's happening now, and what will be happening later. Communication is the key to creating a successful and caring community.

Residents who need closer care with one-on-one interactions for socialization and activities of daily living can reside in a secure area with trained staff to provide positive life experiences according to their individual needs and preferences.

The Preserve of Roseville offers physical, social, cognitive, sensory and spiritual programming on a regular basis. Some of the special services offered include Music Therapy, Life Stations with activities tailored to individual interest and a family/resident engagement program.
Who assesses residents' health and cognitive functioning? How often is that assessment repeated?
Every resident is assessed by our Health Care Coordinator (RN) to create a plan of care that fits their unique medical needs. No residents pay for health care services they do not need. The assessment is then completed every 90 days or anytime a resident is re-admitted back to The Preserve of Roseville after a hospital admission.
What techniques does The Preserve of Roseville- NOW Open! use to support memory care residents during mealtimes?
Our staff are present and actively supervising residents at all meals. Our staff is there to provide guidance and support through verbal cues, providing finger foods, as needed, and assisting with feeding.
