The folks in administration are VERY helpful and accommodating at a difficult time and provide answers to all our questions. The staff that actually provides daily care are attentive and engaged with the residents. The whole experience is informal and very supportive of the resident and the family. The facility is very accessible, clean, comfortable and friendly. The food is good and the staff makes sure we are aware of resident needs and how to best meet them. Overall a very positive experience during a difficult family time.

My father was well cared for at Lilac Homes. He was very happy there, pampered by the staff. It was very clean and free of any odor. The secure outdoor space was a feeding spot for birds which the residents (and visitors enjoyed.) The fish tank was a center point and provided calm and peace. Gina and the staff kept is up to date and informed of the progress of Dad's disease. She helped us with loving and caring to get through 'The Long Good-bye." The central area is set up like home-sweet-home with a dining area and living room with reclining sofas. We saw all kinds of activities and lots of music, dancing and parties that included the families. I highly recommend Lilac Homes
