We found here for my father. We knew the admissions director from a previous relationship. She did everything she could and as quickly as she could, and he's been happy ever since. It's a beautiful place, but we haven't had too much of a chance to explore because of all the COVID protocol and stuff. We know it's pretty, nice, and he's happy. He said that the food is good. He's enjoying it, the care that he's getting. The staff is very nice. They are going out of their way to accommodate the needs that my father has, and they are very professional and very caring. It didn't feel like we were being pressured at all. They took on a lot of the responsibilities to make the transfer possible, and to get him set up. The room is like 600 square feet, it's nice, it's got a window, it's comfortable, it's got everything that he needs right now, but we're not able to visit him in the room, so we're not actually spending too much time.

SummerHouse Park Provence was a large place, more spread out, and they had a beautiful pond in the back that would have been a great addition for my mom. It was a much larger place compared to other places that we went through. We didn't interact with anybody while we were there, I only met with the director. It was very clean and sanitary, and it had more of a hospital- type setting.

SummerHouse Park Provence is excellent. I've been going there for years for meetings and it's beautiful. The people are nice and very friendly. They go out of their way to have activities for the seniors. I'm doing a meeting for another volunteer group. They just loaned us the meeting space. But our group does volunteer like we sang Christmas carols and we do things for them occasionally. They have concerts, they do door decorating, and they do crafts. We had some bingo games for them, and they have bingo every day.

I was impressed. I saw a lot of people living there, and I liked the staff. Everybody was very nice. The place was clean. I think my mom would enjoy living there. They had an exercise area, a library, eating area, games, people come in with a band, and Mardi Gras festivities. There's always something going on.

We visited and it was very airy, light, and had lots of windows. The apartments were nicely done, I liked the hardwood floors, and the layout was easy to maneuver and navigate. They were very courteous, the head gal gave us a wonderful tour, and answered all our questions. We were pleased. The staff member was exceptional, very personable, gracious, said hello, and shook our hands. They serve three meals a day. So far, we would select Park Provence above the others.

It was like a 5-star hotel. I would want to live there myself. They assisted me perfectly; they were very pleasant, kind, courteous, and attentive. They have activities all day long with guests, entertainment, and singers. They go shopping, and they go to the casino, and restaurants.

The rooms were a little bigger, the outside grounds had more area to walk, and they had a little pond in the back. They had an area just for the veterans. It's at an excellent location.

We visited for my dad. It was very clean. The people were very helpful. The room was a very nice-size apartment with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a very nice-sized closet. The bathroom was nice and oversized, so that it was easy for elderly people to get in with someone to help bathe them. I had a very good lunch there. There were some people in the room with activities going on, like singing. The facility was in a nice, country setting off the highway.
