My mom was at Unity Nursing Home. The facility was not clean. Their first floor airconditioning unit was broken. We have to bring her fan. After I complained about the heat, she was transferred to the second floor, and it was extremely cold up there in the room that she was in. She was there for a rehab because she had a stroke, but she wasn't getting any physical therapy at all. My mom needed round-the-clock care but they didn't come in and check on her as regularly as I wanted.
