I had two family members at ST Margaret’s for rehab with in weeks of each other. Both got excellent care. The rooms were private and clean and all rehab rooms have been upgraded with television and cable. I toured other nursing homes and this one was by far the most home like. The staff were very accommodating and lovely.

We had a great experience at St Margaret’s. My mom loved the staff and the food. Therapy team is the best! She was there during the height of the pandemic and I felt like she was safe. She also felt safe. I would suggest this. The only negative is they do not have free television and that is a challengeX

My mother is a current resident and I and my sibling talk to her daily. She says the food is ok and most of the staff r not friendly at all, there is no free TV r ph, I pay $150 a month so she can have ph n TV in her room. Currently they do not allow visitors because of the virus n try to make my 89 yr mother where a mast all day. Most nursing home staff r over worked dealing with to many pstients, unless u can afford $10,000 a month for private care they will never be treated well.

I cannot express enough how disappointing the service is at St. Margaret’s. My mother had to be rushed to the hospital and was borderline sepsis from inadequate care in this place. There is a lack of communication on behalf of administration and family. The nursing staff and aides are completely incompetent. Especially on the 4th floor. Physical therapists were good but did not complete the 3 Hours of therapy promised each day. Nurses Addie (day nurse) and Rickie (night nurse) could not complete tasks assigned to them. Prescribed medications were not filled much less administered on time. Aides Chantel and Aleria have uncaring attitudes and no sense of compassion with patients. It was just an overall horrible experience and if I can convince even one person not to go there I would consider this review successful.

I've been in a rehab program at St. Margaret’s at Mercy. The care has been good. The unit is very pleasant, decent, and clean. Somebody comes in every day and cleans up, and brings me whatever I need (like towels). The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They don't have a menu and they don't really cater to your likes or dislikes, but the food is decent. I'm pretty flexible about food, so I'm doing OK. They have puzzles here, but I don't do puzzles, and they don't have newspapers, which I think is a problem, but my son just brought me something to read. Therapy is good. It's regular everyday, Monday to Saturday, and I did treatment yesterday as well. It's usually an hour of OT and an hour of PT in the morning. They have a nice common room with a TV. They have hook-ups, so you can also put a TV in your room.

My mom was at St. Margaret's at Mercy, and this place was great. We loved it, and we were very happy with them. The staff was very helpful and very positive. The room was nice. Their food was OK, not that great.

My grandmother went from the hospital to St. Margaret's at Mercy for rehabilitation. She loved it. Besides the fact that they didn't give her enough food, and it was more like hospital food, she loved being there. The staff was amazing. Whenever she needed something, they gave it to her. They took care of her. She was in there for three weeks. I would definitely recommend somebody to go there.
