The reviews listed on this site are very old and are out of date. The facility is named St. Bernard Nursing and Rehab and the care is great! My aunt just completed her therapy and is back home and can't stop praising the staff there. She is very appreciative of how kind and friendly everyone is and wants to go back there to volunteer as soon as she can. The facility deserves the 5 stars from me.

This place is absolutely atrocious. All of the good nurses who really cared about the residents have left.Nursing management is as unprofessional as it gets. My father's coumadin levels have been off ever since the regular evening nurse left 3 months ago. State is always in the building on complaints. I am so sick of this management. Yhe CNA'S don't do anything but sit around for 6 hrs and change residents once a shift.Some CNA'S come to work high. They need to implement drug testing. The floors are filty.My father doesn't want to leave because he's afraid to go somewhere new.I don't know what to do.
