Best place I could've asked for my mom. She's been there for many years and they really have become family. She's happy and respected which is the most important thing. So grateful.

This facility is dreary and ominous. The director is terrible. Many staff members are aggressive, rough, intolerant, argumentative, and rude to residents. This place is not suitable for a loved one. They’ve repeatedly moved my mother with Alzheimer’s from room to room.

I place my father in Covenant Homes. The community is great. He has been there for three weeks now. The rooms are dated. The way the facility looks is not very good, but it is very clean. The food is very good. The staff is wonderful, and the security is fantastic. There are codes, all the doors are locked, and you will only know the code if you have family there.

IT is hard to describe the quality of care that the people at this facillity give to others. The compassion and the dedication of not one but all is evident in how they care for their residents as well as the families and the other co workers there. The atmosphere is HAPPY. It is hard to find people that enjoy their jobs these days and to have a full staff that enjoy their job is exceptional. The staff interacts with all of the residents and knows each one personally and their limitations. They are also able to notice if there is any subtle change in one of the residents and get them the care that they need as soon as they can which helped to save my grandfathers life at one time. Words cannot express the gratitude that i feel towards them for taking such great care of him. It is very hard when you have to face the decision to place one that you love in a SNF however you can rest comfortably in knowing that at this facillity they are treated with dignity and respect something all of our elders deserve. Thank you covanent home for all that you have done for my grandfather and for my family. You have helped more than you know. Sincerely Katie Childress Larsson
