My mother was in Regent Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare for rehab, after leaving the hospital. It's top of the line, but it's expensive. The staff was very good. It's a very nice, and well laid-out facility. It's spotless, it's one of the cleanest places I've seen. She seemed to like the food. It was a very nice room. It was a large room, she had a private room. It's got a nice TV in there, the whole bed. It was real. They've got some therapy-type exercise equipment that people can use to kind of help build back muscles and stuff like that. They cater to the upper echelon. So it is fairly expensive.

19 day stay. 95 year old mother. Advice. Get copies and records of everything w/dates. Communication and trust became questionable for us. Staff not particularly friendly. Monitor care and attention given to family member. Mom needed extra care first week. We felt that was lacking. Ask questions. Missing laundry. Regent is giving us check for that. Take pictures of clothing and tag and laundry yourself. There were a few staff members that were shining stars at regent. Unfortunately we will not use Regent again because of our experience.
