My wife moved to Luther Park Community. It seemed to be the best fit for her. I liked the facility. The people were extremely friendly, so that's why we went there, and the fact that they take Medicaid. Her room is small but it's enough for her. It is nice and it has everything that she needs. It has a restroom and TV. It has big picture windows, so she could see the courtyard from her room. She does participate at times, but right now, she's kind of got her days at night, so she's awake a lot at night and then sleeps a lot during the day, but when she's awake, she does take part in the activities. I've been there several times and the food has always been good. I haven't eaten anything that I didn't like.

My mother is at The Trinity Center at Luther Park Community. She's been there for a couple of years. They had raised the price and I thought we would have to move her but we found a way to not move her. When the price went up, they moved her to a two-room. She's always had a private room. They're very good. She was there in independent living for three years and then she's now moved into having care. They bath her and take care of her. She doesn't leave her room very much. She is mobile with a walker, but she doesn't do anything much. They love her. I think she's got someone there who really likes her because we're always going in and finding new clothes and different things in her room that people have brought her. I am not complaining about it. The staff is very good with her. They bring her snacks and talk to her. At first, she said she didn't like the food, but she says they're OK now. Sometimes she eats, sometimes she doesn't. I know they have programs, dancing, and music, and she goes to that. She likes anything musical. Other than that, I don't know anything else. They're clean and nice. The windows usually show into a garden area or a nice area. They have a courtyard. The facilities are great. It's clean and nice. They're friendly. It's just very expensive.

My mom moved into the Luther Park Community. The rooms seemed to be nicer than most places. The prices in relation to the rooms are a little cheaper than in most places. The whole facility is at least somewhat memory care-oriented. They have one area that is more locked down for memory care for people who are flight risks. The staff members have been nice so far. They do different things every day. They have exercise programs, movies, and get together. Their activities aren't overabundant.

My sister-in-law moved into Trinity Center ay Luther Park. It was just right down the road from where we live, so it was just really handy. And we knew some people that had some family members there, and they were all really happy with it. So that was kind of why we went that way. I think she is getting really good care, and they are in contact with us constantly about things. She quit eating and everything, so they contacted us, and we just put her on hospice this morning. I really can't say anything bad except for COVID. They can't go back to their rooms because of COVID, but that's not their fault. We haven't run into anybody that we haven't liked. Anytime I'm there, the food smells wonderful. From what she has eaten, which is not much, she said it was good. The facility was clean and homey. It doesn't look like a nursing home. It was pretty presentable. I'm happy with it. The staff members that I've met were all very nice and very accommodating.

My parents are at Trinity Center at Luther Park and theyre happy with the type of services that they have. The staff is really great. My parents have a 2-bedroom apartment, and it is really spacious. The atmosphere is really great, the nurses are really helpful, and they include my parents in the activities. The food is really good, they have nice lunch options. And with the leftovers, they can have them for dinner or if they have their own dinner, they can have them for the next day. The dining area is a community center, and they have a cook who provides the meals. For the activities, they have bingo, they have a community thing once a week, and they go to shopping twice a week to Target or Walmart.

I have two friends in this facility now. Little assistance by staff to feed someone unable to feed themself. Pressure ulcers ( bedsores) not uncommon. Residents in wheelchairs herded into groups in front of tv's with sound very low or off. Long rows of recliners with sleeping patients with open mouths, on first floor. Rarely see staff out on floor,. Many residents (2nd floor) appear fearful and withdrawn after less than a week there. I would not put any if my family members in here.

I like this facility because of the rooms. There's one on one side and two on the other side. Each room has window. They encourage residents to come out instead of staying in their rooms which is great. They tried to keep it so that they don't need the bathroom together on one side and the one that does need the bathroom on the other side. The sink is outside the bathroom on each side which I like for infection control. Their food was good. They had two different choices. Their staff had been there a while. Their activities were good.
