This lady Angela, gave me a tour she was very kind, endearing and professional. She seems so genuine, and was so patient and very compassionate with our family as we questioned everything about the care that our family member would receive.

With Covid, none of the facility is available to see. But what I do not like is the staff I interacted with. They should zero to very little compassion and in this time of Covid, they should go the extract mile. Good location, but very unwelcoming so far....the facility has potential but not being used. The entrance is very boring and unwelcoming.

Worst staff and facility i have ever seen. Mom fell out of bed within 24 hours of arrival and staff wouldnt call ambulance or give me address to give emergency number. Would sue if i had the time but im busy taking care of my mom who has been hospitalized for 2 weeks because of this place. Wish the state would shut them down. P

I was at this facility for 2 weeks my bed was terrible one can suggested that I could sleep in the chair what a joke that was. food was bad aides even worse no real equipment for therapy couldn't believe it 2 workers there only had compassion I feel sorry for the residents that reside there that place needs to be shut down.

We took my mother to Lincolnshire for rehab therapy. Hands down the worst care facility she was ever in! She was sent home visibly wet and wearing a pull up panty full of feces. She was discharged with no medicine or instructions for continued care, There were two nurses that really tried hard to help with my mother's care. They were a great help.The rest of the staff had complacent attitudes that demonstrated just how little they cared about the patients. The administrative staff kept assuring us that they would make sure things were taken of, but they didn't. The outside of the facility certainly warns and reflects the care your loved one will receive inside.

Lincolnshire is clean, the staff is friendly, & I've never had so much connection with a staff! I broke my ankle in a wreck and was referred by a family member. My recovery was quick and as easy as they could make it. I would recommend Lincolnshire to anybody, anyday!
