This facility looks better and better every day with the new management team in here now they have been treating people with respect and integrity. They have been doing updates and keeping the facility clean and friendly looking. I would recommend this valley view to anyone that need a safe and secure environment to anyone in this area. The staff are really nice and try their hardest to please the residents to the best of their ability. Call them and talk to them and they will answer any of your questions.

This facility has a great setup for the seniors. There are tons of activities throughout the day for the seniors to attend. Everytime I am in there everyone is upbeat and is very polite. The seniors seem very happy during their stay.

"We were initially impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff when we visited the facility. But once we moved my mother in, we gradually became unhappy with the care she received. As her condition worsened (she slept a great amount of the day) it seemed that she hadn't been checked on by the staff in hours (ex: soiled bed linens, uneaten meal still on the tray next to her bed when next meal was served...etc). Sadly, due to her illness, she passed away within a few months of arriving there but had she lingered we were considering moving her to another facility.
