My husband moved into Golden LivingCenter-Elkhart a week ago. The staff was very nice, all the staff that we've met, my husband's content, and he's happy with it. They have a kitchen they can go to at any time to get a cup of coffee, they have courtyards where they can go outside frequently if they would like. They have nice areas to visit with family. It seems to be safe healthwise, and they check for COVID. They do have activities. They feed them pretty well from what he says. It was clean, I noticed in a few places they could use some paint, but it was very clean. There were public restrooms, and it was very secure.

I haven't had any issues with Golden Livingcenter. Everything seemed to be fine. The room was fine. They had plenty activities. They played games, and they did arts and crafts with them. The surrounding was alright. Because my mom is on a fixed income and she has Medicare, I like the fact that I was able to get a private room that met the amount that she could pay because she is very, very a loner, so it was good that I was able to get her a private room.
