I am 87 years old. I feel very secure and safe and am amazed at the detailed care we get from the Legacy staff. They are constantly available to help us, and seem eager to do so. The staff are well educated to make sure that things that could be very complicated are made easy. The Legacy residents are encouraged to show the same care for each other, and do so in a community of love and kindness. I am very happy to be living here."

"There was construction going on while I was at Cedarwood at Sandy, which was not that long ago. It was kind of distracting; however, everyone was very welcoming. It is close to my house, which is what I like. They had a wing for assisted living, so you'd have to move to a different wing but not a different building. The girl who took me around was great. I liked their apartments. Theyhad numerous different activities for different types of people. The only drawback was that they're under construction. If they hadn't been, I would give them a higher rating."

"We went to Copper Creek Senior Living. It was a nice new facility. It was very open, bright, and cheery. The person who gave the tour was very engaged, upbeat, and cheerful. They had physical therapy and hospice onsite, and I think they also had a dentist that came in periodically onsite. There was a beauty salon and an outdoor patio."

"I toured Sagewood at Daybreak for my mother. I liked the good communication. Before we went in and after, they just kept in touch with me. They seem like they knew what they were talking about and had concern. The staff were all very nice and helped out. The place was very clean and very nice. I thought that they had a gym and some other day activity. It's close to my home and it is very close to a hospital."

"This is a small facility, sixteen resident capacity, and the facility itself is not overly beautiful or anything, but this facility has a lot of heart. I've rarely seen a facility that puts as much emphasis on family then this one does. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate family visits, even if they aren't at the best times. They also invite family to all the parties and get togethers and encourage family participation. I've never visited this facility without seeing at least two or three different residents with visitors at any given time, and they're always talking and laughing and generally just having a good time. I also always see children there visiting their grandparents or great grandparents. They literally just light the place up. "

"The Lodge at North Ogden is very new. The room that my in-laws have is large, so that helps our decision. It's a two-bedroom. The beds sit nicely. There are two single beds. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have tried the food three times, and the food is very good. There are ample amounts for the seniors. The dining area is spacious and beautifully arranged. They've also got a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a theater, and extra dining rooms for friends and family to borrow. They have a salon on site and there are three pianos, which I like because my mother-in-law plays the piano. Everything seems to be in working order and good condition. The place is very clean. It's a good value. We chose them because of the value of the room and the size of the room, which is over 1200 square feet for a two-bedroom. As for activities, my in-laws have already participated in bingo. Activities seem to be good."

"Heritage Place Assisted Living was a very nice and very neat facility. The layout was good. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The dining area was nice. They had a beauty and barber shop on-site. They also had a chapel."

It's been so frustration the past few years with a manager name Emily, she didn't care about the residents her behavior was inappropriate and usually verbal abuse not Just to my son BUT everyone else. BEST THING she has moved on. Peaks at Millcreek has hired a new Professional, Intelligent, Kind, General Manager name Becky Gallegos, she loves her residents her Job, and boy it shows! she gets things done. "I toured Highland Cove. They had a gazebo and a lot of walking paths, so there was a lot of nature there. My sister-in-law was looking for something with nature. The staff who toured me was very personable, very enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. I looked at a room, which was in the independent living facility. It was a very large 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large walk-in closet. The rooms were very roomy. I saw the menu, and they gave me a calendar of activities. They have a lot of activities every day. They have a lot of little clubs that the seniors have formed. This apartment has a large balcony with a storage room attached to it. They have an exercise room, an activity room, a large courtyard, a salon, and a library. They have the emergency cords in in the rooms. It has everything my sister-in-law was looking for."
