"The lady at Summer Place was very informative and told us what to expect and everything and she was very nice. We toured the room, we toured the lobby area, and we toured the activity room. We couldn't do any of the lunches because COVID was in effect. It was very clean and it was nice to see what they have to offer there. I was happy with it; if I was gonna put my dad in there, I would be very satisfied with the place."

"Cabot Park is in the same neighborhood that we lived in. It's also in just one building which is relatively small, about 80 to 100 people living there. The pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, the bank and post office are within walking distance. The rooms are not spacious but we lived in a much larger house so we had to downsize quite a bit coming here. We have two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen and a nice living room which is quite spacious with a hallway. There is a washer and dryer, too. The people working there are very helpful and very informative, very supportive, warm, friendly, smiling and very good. "

"My parents will be moving to The Residences at Wingate. It's a relatively new place at only three years old. It has a very nice, clean feeling, a lot of lights, very open, and on the smaller side. I think there are 48 rooms. The staff was very positive. We met the executive director first and then the person who helps new people, and they were both excellent. We had lunch in the dining room and the staff was very friendly and nice. Everybody is doing a very good job. They have a nice dining room. I'm a chef, so I am very particular about food, but it's very well cooked. Everything was good. "

"The Delaney at the Vale wasn't right for us, but it was a fine facility. The staff was very helpful and spent a lot of time. It really seemed ideal for a certain kind of person, but we wanted to be more urban. We are New Yorkers, and it was like a resort. It's not really what we wanted. We needed it to be closer to town, that kind of thing, but the facility itself was brand new."

"I recently visited Manor on the Hill because I am looking for a place for my mother. I was overwhelming surprised from the moment I walked in the door at how home like it felt. Michelle the receptionist was so welcoming I felt as though I was an immediate friend. I was provided a tour and the staff seemed very happy everyone was saying hello and had a smile on their face. The rooms are spacious and they had a good amount of activities going on threw out the day. I left knowing that my mother would be in good hands at the Manor. "

"Sophia Snow Place is a very nice place. I had lunch, and the food was excellent. The director showed me around. They served all your meals and had high-quality stuff. The place was immaculate, and everyone was nice. However, I would be isolated because I don’t know anybody there, and I don't drive."

"We chose them for my aunt. It's very warm, cozy, and beautiful; beautiful in architecture, and everything about it. It's a nice, warm place when you first step in. The staff is very attentive to the clients. The food is fantastic, and the residents are very happy. Lots of activities. They have bingo, trips, arts and crafts, they have a welcoming party when you first come in which is a phenomenal thing. A welcome dinner which made her really at home with a deejay, food, and family invited. It was a nice experience when you first came in."

I wanted to be in a place that should my health needs change, I can move to enhanced living or skilled nursing. I have not been disappointed in my decision. "I toured The Woods at Merrimack and Jocelyn did an outstanding presentation. She didn't slant one way or the other as if this place was better than others, but she just simply stated the facts. The facility is about a year old and it's absolutely gorgeous. There's nothing not to like about it. Everything is perfectly new. A few of the staff that I talked to were delightful and very pleasant. The dining area was just standard, but they do have a couple of activity areas and they have a tavern where you can act like you were at a bar. They have a very small exercise area, but the outside grounds were beautiful."

"Allerton House at Central Park is very well-organized and compact. It's comforting because everything is right there at your fingertips. The location is very good and convenient to everything. Everything looked brand new and was very well set up for a person who would need this type of help, so there weren't any crevices or things that would get in the way. The staff seemed great.
