My mother in law was in Alden’s for about 8months,the worst part of Alden was the smell sometimes it could smell really bad, and sometimes it smelled very pleasant I guess it depended on who worked that day. but for the most part it was a great experience, I loved the nurses assistants,Kim,Keyana, and Thurman, just to name a few, there was a few more but I didn’t get there names. I really appreciated all that they did.Thank you soooo much, you are great at what you do. I miss you guys, stay encouraged, and stay the great care givers that you are.your greatness is not unappreciated.you all are the best.oh I forgot to mention that Alden floors is the cleanest floors I have seen.keep up the good work.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the facility is. Most staff members were very helpful and courteous. Due to my God Mother's condition she didn't think she'd make it to Christmas, so the activity department help her and her family celebrate the holiday a few weeks early.

This is the most horrid place ever. The staff there don’t care about the residents nor there well being. I’ve called several times within the past few days to speak to the administrator and he is always in a meeting. They never answer the phone and when they do they give me the run around. It’s seems like the CNA’s never communicate with each other because on several occasions I was told my loved one tested positive for COVID and I call the next day and they say she doesn’t. This place needs to be under new management or completely shirt down.

I visited a family member at this establishment and was very pleased with the staff and the facilities. It is clean and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. There were no complaints related to his care. They have a nice basement area where we were able to visit (with free popcorn too. ) The patients all seem happy there.
