My mother has been a resident of this facility since December of 2021. I just recently visited her at the facility. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and how they interacted with the residents. My mother is treated with the utmost of care from the professionals who understand her medical condition. I have been in contact with the social workers there, David and Ms. Williams. They have worked in tandem to assist me with any concerns that I have had and they are readily available when I have other questions. Also, the nurses who attend to my mother have always been friendly over the telephone and have developed professional relationships with my mother. In addition to the professionalism of the staff, I must state that the general appearance of this facility is very good and the air is excellent. Lastly, the physical location of the facility is in a very beautiful area.

I liked Bronzeville Park. I thought it was pretty nice. They seemed to have quite a bit of staff. They had a variety of people of different nationality in their staff, which I liked. I liked the set up they had in the basement for hair cutting and the beauty shop. It felt more like a business type thing and the residents when they came down it felt like they were going somewhere. The people were seemingly busy with some activities. There was a room where the people were having bible study and there's another room where the people had visitors and were doing something. The rooms appeared to be cheerful and in good shape. There was only one thing that I didn't like and that was I saw a food tray and the one that they were pushing the food on didn't look clean to me. However, they said they were doing something about it. They had a lot of amenities and from that stand point they seemed good.

This facility is located on the south side of chicago. The facility is fair in appearence. The grounds are fair, and the common areas are the dinning area. The residents appeared to be well connected to the staff. While there, I witnessed the staff providing quality care to the residents. The staff greeted myself in a friendly manner upon entering the facility. I would give this facility 3 out of 5 stars.
