Senior Suites of Autumn Green at Wright Campus

Senior Suites of Autumn Green at Wright Campus was very nice, but the problem was that it was very expensive. It was out of our price range. We just walked in, so it may be our fault because we didn't call ahead to actually meet with somebody. We did meet with a cafeteria manager, who gave us the information and showed us one of the rooms that they had. We asked if they had studios or smaller rooms, and they said they don't. The prices were outrageous. When we asked to see if we could do any kind of financial, he just kind of stopped talking to us and said "Oh, I'm sorry, we can't do that." Their assisted living is different. I think that was just like independent living where they had like a kitchen. The facility was gorgeous, and the rooms were beautiful. There are no financial assistance or anything like that. I called and left a message to make an appointment almost three weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything back from them. You would think that they would be more courteous. You're going in there with a loved one that needs a place, and he came up to me straight like "Oh, no, we're independent. We don't do that kind of stuff." So it was very, very rude.

Senior Suites of Auburn Green at Wright Campus is the one we found for my mother. It is very clean. The gentleman that I spoke with during the tour was very knowledgeable. The rooms are very spacious, which was my main reason for having my mother go there. It is only a couple of miles from where her actual home was, so it is very convenient. I was there yesterday with her having breakfast. The dining area seems very clean, and the wait staff is very nice and very courteous. My mother is in a beautiful, spacious, private room. It is bigger than any other place we had seen. They put new carpeting and new paint every time someone moves in. They have to do their own light cleaning, but they have somebody come in and do the cleaning twice a month, and that's helpful.

I was accommodated well by the staff at Senior Suites of Auburn Green at Wright Campus. The apartment that they showed me was an apartment of a resident that had agreed to show her apartment, which was very beautiful, and the facilities were perfect. The staff was great. It was a very nice environment. They had a lot of amenities. It’s a complex with senior apartments, condos, and an independent-assisted care building, who all co-share some of the amenities. They have programs where you can have housekeeping and meals, and a shuttle once a week that takes you shopping for your groceries. It’s a very nice facility and all the people who I came in contact with seemed very pleased. I came in contact with a gentleman whose mother was a resident there, and he said it was the best place for her.

They were very nice I took the train in to Chicago and they picked me up at the station. The staff was friendly, customer service great, and every thing was neat and clean. I took the tour still on waiting list to move in really looking forward to being there. Lynne Schultz

The staff and residents of Autumn Green have made my transition here so seamless! I assumed that this would be so hard for me but that was so untrue. The employees here are so accommodating and will do ANYTHING for us.
