In general, I thought this facility was fair in appearance. The grounds of the facility are kept well. The common areas of the facility are the dinning area and the patio. The resident’s rooms are mid-sized. The staff and management of the facility were very warm and inviting upon me entering the facility. I think the residents get good treatment there. While I was there I noticed that one of the staff were shaving one of the resident. I would rate this facility 3 star out of 5. Overall, this facility is well managed, and I would recommend it to individuals who reside on the south side of Chicago, who are in need of long-term care and nursing needs.
