This facility located on the northwest side of chicago is a small facility with a bed hold of 60 residents. You feel a sense of family upon entering the facility. The colors and art work are very heart warming, and the residents were communicating with staff in a very positive way. The meals are prepared on trays, and this facility does not accept individuals who are in need of needing skilled care. They only accept individuals who have been diagnoised with a psychiatric illness. While there the staff was very polite to me, and I was able to gather the information I needed. In general, I wouldrank this facility a 4 out of 5 stars.
