Brookdale Twin Falls' director left about four days after we got there. People were nice and the food was decent. The problem was if my wife is in a strange environment, she starts wandering, and they're not equipped for that. My wife and I had an apartment with a kitchenette and a microwave. We didn't partake in activities, but they had church services, trivia games, and physical and occupational therapy.

Brookdale Twin Falls was a very nice place. The people were very nice and very professional. It's got lots of high energy. It was immaculate, very clean, and had a nice atmosphere. It was very pretty. It was well-staffed. I liked it. It's a great place for seniors to be and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Brookdale Twin Falls was a beautiful community, indoor and outdoor. It was very clean. I didn't get to see very many staff members there, but the staff that I did see was very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. They showed me the rooms that were available, and they helped me with the list of things that I needed to do to be able to get my mom there. The rooms were big enough and they had fresh new paint and carpet. The outdoor area was beautiful, and they had a ton of activities there. The dining area was very nice. They also had a salon there.

Brookdale Twin Falls was wonderful. They had so many options for my mother to feel like she would be at home. We saw some residents playing cards and visiting. I loved the living space. They were beautiful, comfortable, and warm. You could make it your own, have a pet, and paint your room. They're really trying to give them their own space that felt like home for them. It's the best place we looked at. They served us a lovely meal. It was like a cod with corn and potato. Then we had a coffee, tea, salad, and dessert. It was excellent and well cooked. They have a great chef that does a good job with the meals. The help/the people serving the meals were so kind, too. You felt that they cared about the residents. They were just wonderful. The whole facility was gorgeous. They had everything that my mother would want to do, including the freedom to come and go and the encouragement for visitors to stay overnight. Everything checked off as far as what she wanted. It's also very affordable and what you get is really nice.

Brookdale Twin Falls was a very nice facility, but we would have had to provide my wife's bed and everything, which was why we didn't choose that place. They had an activity director, they would bring the people down so they could eat together, and they pretty much had the same amenities as the others. The prices were pretty much the same too. It was quite new and the people who run it were all courteous. It also smelled very fresh.

My tour at Brookdale Twin Falls was really good; Courtney did a nice job. It's nice but my mom is not ready for that change. The staff who gave the tour was nice. There were still COVID restrictions so we had to wear a mask. The place was nice and clean; the staff and people seemed friendly there. I saw the rooms, the kitchen, and the rec room. They send emails and they gave a pamphlet for their activities.

Brookdale Twin Falls is really a nice place. It was pretty good with lots of help and very nice people there. The apartment has a fridge, a microwave, which was optional, they have a hook for the TV, or the bed. It was really nice and wide, with a beautiful gym. They have a gym and also an area for gatherings where they play games, and where they have some presentations from churches and stuff. The staff was also really nice. I just noticed that the layout requires a little bit of walking, especially for the seniors.

Brookdale Twin Falls was wonderful, and I loved it. I wanted to go and live there. I almost said yes, but I didn't like what they were charging, and they were charging too much money. The rooms were excellent. Their amenities were super, and they had a lot of stuff. I would have loved to live there, but I didn't want to pay the money.

Brookdale Twin Falls (Formerly Wynwood at Twin Falls) was very nice and appropriate. The facility was good. A friend of mine is going in there for short term. The dining room was very open, looked nice, inviting, clean, neat, and spacious. There was a billboard that had a lot of activities and things that were going on that day and also in the future. There was a gentleman outside on the patio under an umbrella, which was very inviting and they had a walkway, which was attractive. The hallways were spacious. There was no odor. All in all, it was a nice impression.

Wynwood at Twin Falls is really pretty, and everybody has been super nice. My mother-in-law is set up very well, and we are very pleased with it. Everybody has been very cooperative. She is thrilled to death with it. She was really afraid to leave her home, but now that she is there, she is just as happy as she can be. It is clean, it is spacious, and she is just very happy with it. Their dining room is awesome too. I know they have bingo and all kinds of little activities. Whenever she wanted something to do, there was something to do. She is welcome to have visitors, and she can leave whenever she wants to and come back when she needed to. They are just great. I am most impressed with the cleanliness; it is not a brand new facility yet it looks like it is new. The people are extremely nice and just the overall feeling of it. You do not feel like you are going into a rest home. It is a nice place to be.

We chose Wynwood at Twin Falls for my parents. The staff was very good. They have a two-bedroom suite with a small dining area and a kitchenette. The dining room was nice and formal. They take them shopping, they have a beauty salon, they have church if they want to go, there are some crafts, and there are a lot of singing and music groups that come in. I liked it because it wasn’t so big; they had what they needed in there, but it wasn’t so big that they would get lost.

The facility always seemed clean and welcoming, and most of the staff were also welcoming and friendly. However, I felt like sometimes the needs of my neighbor were not met well enough. He had tendencies of falling, but the only way he could call for assistance was with a string that was located in 2 places in his apartment, so if he had fallen, he would most likely not have been able to reach it. He had his own apartment, which was nice, but because he almost always kept his door closed, and they appeared to only check on him every 3 or so hours, the staff were not able to keep a close enough eye on him to make sure he had not fallen and to meet his overall needs. Also, some of the staff did not seem to do a very thorough job when giving him his medicine, to check to see if his pulse was too low to take it or not. Overall the facility seemed well-run and good, but I think if they couldn't meet this resident's needs (which it seems they couldn't), they should have transferred him to a facility with more assistance.

very friendly facility. It is a home away from home and the staff treat the residents with respect and dignity. it is the best assisted living facility in Twin Falls. Good management
