In order to keep our staff up to date on all items, we have routine meetings to discuss training and new techniques or things we have learned. We also have monthly training sessions as part of their certification.

We continue to monitor the resident needs and base our staffing from there. At this time, we have approximately a 1 staff to each Memory Care cottage in addition to our ancillary staff such as kitchen, maintenance, and administration personnel.
